Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.

AutoNation Ford North CantonReviews
AutoNation Ford North Canton review
I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford in Canton! Kentayvion Stovall was fantastic to work with—friendly, professional, responsive, and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. They even worked with me on getting my new Bronco color matched and offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge while it was being painted, which I really appreciated. We also realized after the fact that we had left something in the Jeep we traded in. I reached out to Kentayvion, and he responded right away and was super helpful in getting it back for us. The customer service didn’t stop once the sale was complete, and that really stood out to me. I absolutely love my new Bronco and would highly recommend AutoNation Ford and Kentayvion to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Ed was SO helpful! We had such a great experience with him and the rest of the team at Spitzer! Buying a new car can be such a daunting process but he listened to what we were looking for without the pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. AND he was able to steer us in the right direction, keeping in mind the features we were looking for and our budget.

I live in Alaska and I was looking for a car, and my daughter found one there that happened to be the exact car I was looking for. Communication was excellent from the salesman, and I made arrangements to go pick it up a couple days later. Best car buying experience I've had yet. Thank you all very much.

I've been with Honda since 2008 and each of my experiences have been excellent! Jeff was my Sales Rep this time and he was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care in securing the vehicle I really wanted and at the price I wanted. Once again, I am pleased with the process (quick and easy) and with the efficiency Jeff and Sam (Financing) provided. Great work everyone and I'm proud to be a member of this fantastic Honda family!

DriveTime of Lewisville review
I received all the help I needed to get a car and now I'm getting ready to buy it . Recommended areas of focus for continued personal and professional development would be interpersonal communications, self-awareness and maintaining a level of appropriate distance and professionalism with customers and subordinates. He will continue to improve overall performance in the coming year by focusing on the softer skills of project management and being able to both accept and deliver feedback in an empathetic manner. Please acknowledge receipt of this employee review letter, and if you have any questions, let me know as I am always available to discuss his performance. Sincerely,

Jaguar Land Rover White PlainsReviews
Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
I recently purchased my 2024 Jaguar XF P300 R Dynamic SE AWD from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains, and I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the overall experience. Buying a vehicle, especially a luxury vehicle, is about more than simply signing paperwork and driving away. You want to feel confident that you're making the right decision, that you're being treated fairly, and that the people you're dealing with understand that this is an important purchase. From the time I began looking at the Jaguar XF through the completion of the purchase, the experience was professional, comfortable, and never felt pressured. My questions were answered, I was given the opportunity to really look at and experience the vehicle, and I felt confident about what I was purchasing. The car itself is absolutely beautiful. The P300 R Dynamic SE AWD gives me exactly the combination I was looking for: luxury, technology, comfort, style, and performance. The fact that it was a Jaguar Certified Pre Owned vehicle and had been thoroughly inspected and reconditioned gave me additional peace of mind. What I appreciate most is that I walked away feeling good about the decision I made. That's how buying a vehicle should feel.

DriveTime of Stone Mountain review
I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I walked out of there with a car that I really like and that suits my needs. Joseph is an awesome sales person and a definite asset to DriveTime.
