This Jeep has a great car-like ride. Well taken care of and quite dependable. Surely an all weather vehicle .

You can't go wrong with Jeep Grand Cherokee. I

I owned 2 Grand Cherokee. 2012 and 2014. I highly recommend Grand Cherokee if planning to buy an SUV. Price range is close to Toyota Rav 4 and Honda CRV's if buying the basic of GC. What i like about the GC is the interior. They feel luxurious inside compare to plastic wrap around interior of toyota and honda. GC may have some plastic here and there but not that bad.

First SUV I've owned

My Jeep Grand Cherokee "Loredo" is the first jeep, and SUV I have ever owned. I love it. Im up high and feel safe. It's a v6... Couldn't ask for more...eco mode and sport. Great on gas. The vehicle also holds value itself. Not always, but most likely to be in an equitable position....overall great great vehicle.

Love My Jeep!

Love my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. My first Jeep was a 2000 Grand Cherokee Laredo and lasted me 17+ years. Hoping for the same luck with this one. Love the styling, features and comfort. Drives like a sedan, not 4WD. Luxury at its best.

Awesome SUV

I've only had this Grand Cherokee for about a week now, so a lot of this may be the "new car glow" but it is a great car. It's great looking inside and out. The interior is comfortable and roomy, with lots of storage spots. The dashboard is well laid out. A hatch on the dash reveals a storage space with ports for USB, 12V power and an SD card slot for music. I am still getting used to the controls for the various features. Stereo controls are on the back of the steering wheel, which takes some getting used to. The 3.6L V-6 is surprisingly powerful, and the car just wants to go fast. Accelerating from 55 to 70 to pass on the highway is no problem. I haven't taken it on a long road trip yet, but I've been getting 18 MPG in town on my daily commute. Handling is great on and off road (I have the off-road package). It is smooth and comfortable to drive - it feels kind of like a luxury car, but with a better connection to the road. It's a bit high off the ground, so someone with kids might want to consider installing running boards. If I have one complaint, it would be the paddle shifters on the steering wheel. They're totally unnecessary, and in a spot where they can be activated accidentally when turning the wheel. (I rated "Reliability" above as "Average" only because I haven't had it long enough to know.)

Grand Cherokee Summit Ecodiesel

It was worth getting the Summit 4x4 model, the leather is extremely nice and the multitude of features are great to have. The diesel is definitely a highlight. The power and the fuel economy are both fantastic. I've owned almost 20 cars and this may be the nicest of them all. The things that kept the ratings down include some reliability concerns (my check engine light came on yesterday from something the dealer tried to fix last month), my iPhone keeps defaulting to iTunes when it connects to the car and I can't stop it, and the transmission can be a little jerky. Upkeep (like oil changes) is very expensive as the 3.0 diesel engine uses a VERY specific oil and a lot of it (8qts). There is also a lack of storage space in the front. If I could do it all over again, I would buy another one just like it, but maybe at least a year newer with a warranty.

A very good family car. The only issue is bad towing power. Other than that, its reliable and classy!
