2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee consumer reviews

This vehicle is great for my current needs. It has plenty of space for myself and family members when riding in my vehicle. No one is fighting over leg room in the front of the vehicle or back sit. It rides well for the hour commute I have to make back and forth to work. I’m able to use Bluetooth on the vehicle or use an UBS cable to play music or conduct phone calls.

Alot of Jeep Grand cherokees are having issues with intermittent air conditioner not working, radio volume goes up and down and now my vehicle radio and cluster stays on for an hour after you shut off vehicle. My vehicle has gone in 8 times for this. It has been at the dealer since it’s first 200 miles. I have owned it for 4 mores, Chrysler and planet dodge say nothing is wrong with the vehicle and won’t lemon law the vehicle . I’m getting desperate because my wife drives the vehicle and am afraid of staying stranded with the kids somewhere if the lights stay on and drain the battery. Although I have an attorney , I might just go and trade the vehicle in for a reliable import vehicle instead. Stay away from any Chrysler,dodge, Jeep vehicle . This is coming from a once loyal customer who has purchase 14 new vehicles from planet dodge in 9 years. I will no longer own a Chrysler product after the way I have been treated with this situation.

I’m in love! I have been driving since I was 16 years old, have owned quite a few vehicles since then, and for the the most part have liked or loved each one. I’m 53 now and purchased my 2018 Laredo in Octobet 2017. My very first Jeep! I liked it as soon as I drove it, but fell in love when I drove it in the first NH snow storm. Best vehicle, goes through anything, but classy at the same time. The quality and comfort are incredible, so much room! I feel so safe in my Laredo, I feel like super woman! It’s great on the highway, so much power! I’m in love with my Laredo!

I wouldn't own a 2018 if I hadn't been pleased with my 2015. I could nit-pick around the edges, but overall I am happy with the features, comfort, styling and performance. Relatively few minor issues, no reliability issues. Well built.

My new vehicle is everything I wanted. Exterior color & looks to the Interior to the dual power moonroof!! Quiet & cozy! Still getting use to all the new features, but loving it!!

I have owned several different SUV all different brands.This by far is my favorite for several different reasons. The way it handles, comfort, style looks amazing!

It has been really real reliable so farI like the way it drives and handles I think it is real comfortable vehicle no only thing is it seems like it has a lot of wind always on one side I don’t know if I need to have that checked or not

We owned a GC previously and tried a different model. Not a smart move. Glad to be back in the Grand Cherokee. This car drives and rides super smooth. The eight speed is a huge improvement over the six speed in our previous GC. FCA has done a nice job with the fit and finish.

We like this vehicle so much, we own 2, and this is our 4th! Luxury at a very attractive price, as well as great utility. I can use the same vehicle to take clients to lunch and 2 track to my hunting property in the afternoon.

Great fit and finish, solid and well thought out...it’s hard to realize how good it is until you ride in or drive other brands. Do yourself a favor...own one!
