I have been driving since I was 16 years old, have owned quite a few vehicles since then, and for the the most part have liked or loved each one.
I’m 53 now and purchased my 2018 Laredo in Octobet 2017. My very first Jeep! I liked it as soon as I drove it, but fell in love when I drove it in the first NH snow storm.
Best vehicle, goes through anything, but classy at the same time.

This is my second time working with Napelton's. Each experience has been better then the last. Is buying a car a quick experience? No, it's not. But it doesn't have to be a bad one either. Each person I dealt with was extremely helpful in helping me replace my former Jeep that was lost in an unfortunate accident. I was basically dead set on buying a Jeep Renegade. Why? I thought they looked good, got good gas mileage, and it was well within my comfortable price range. Would I have liked a bigger car? Sure, but I didn't think I could afford it. WRONG! I walked into Napeltons as was great by Edgar who promptly took me to his office to start mapping out what I wanted on my car. He then pulled up the inventory and started printing off cars that they had in stock that met my criteria. He also then started pricing rebates that were available on the cars and told me that with what I was looking for, I could likely get a Cherokee with the same features of a Renegade for the same price, AND it would be a 2016 (they only had 2015 Renegades in stock). I decided I still wanted to drive them both to get a feel for the cars. I was then introduced to Tony Gandara, who took me out in the freezing cold to dig out cars for me to test drive. We drove a Renegade and I liked it! Smooth ride, great handling but a little small and kinda tight inside for me. We then went and tried the Cherokee. Smooth ride, great handling, extremely comfortable with some awesome features. I fell in love. I decided on a color and the process took off quickly. While waiting I had the pleasure of chatting with the dealership President Rob. He's a great guy that genuinely wants each of his customers to be happy. He asked what I was buying and what I liked about it and how I came about the decision. With no BS, he assured me I was making a good choice and would be happy. (He told me this last time I bought a Patriot from them - and I was extremely happy.) Once we got the numbers, I was shocked at how low they were able to get my payment, they went above and beyond to ensure I got all the rebates that I was entitled to, and even took the time to go into great detail the benefits of each of those warranties they sell. Whether or not you believe in them, or would want to buy them - they will give you as much detail as you ask for - they aren't trying to hide anything. Edgar was a great help in putting together the pricing. Then, once again, I got brought into the finance room where I got to sit down with Chris again. Chris is also a no-nonsense guy when it comes to questions. You ask it, he'll answer it pretty straight forward. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and knows what he is doing because he is very quick to get everything ready, but will stop and go back at anytime if you have questions, or want him to show you numbers. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain things when I have questions, it makes you feel more confident about your purchase. The key to working with car dealerships is simple. Have an idea what you want, be direct with them and don't be afraid to say no. If you are someone who feels compelled to say yes, even if it is for things that you don't want, that's where you will leave dissatisfied. Oh, and most importantly, don't have an attitude. These are people just like you and me who are trying to make a living. They will go above and beyond to help you with what you need and want - they don't want you to come back unhappy. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone. They are top of the line.

I have owned 3 Grand Cherokee Limiteds (94, 05 & 2018) and all have been great—I have driven each of the older vehicles over 10 years with minimal issues. The V8 engine performance has always been exceptional and each Jeep has been comfortable, responsive and very reliable. The 18 model is the best one yet—it is the 25th anniversary “Sterling” model, black with silver leather interior and a 5.7 liter “hemi” engine. The technology in this Jeep is state of the art. I love it, have owned it for a year with no issues and will probably keep it 10 years+.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

It's not often that people have good things to say about car dealers, but I just had a terrific experience at Audi Morton Grove. I had 5 months remaining on my current A6 lease, but wanted to know about getting a new car before the lease expired. The dealer I got the car from told me I needed to wait a few months, and get closer to the lease's end. On a whim, I did an internet search for car leases and got an almost immediate call back from Chris Popa. I told him the details of the vehicle I was interested in, and he called me back a few hours later to say he had a car that fit my description, at the same lease price I am currently paying! A new car for the same money - what's not to like? I met Chris and his brand specialist, Jay Patel, the following day. They showed me the car and walked me through the paperwork. Easy and painless. These two young men (ages 24 and 20!) were aggressive in making the deal happen, but not pushy or full of themselves. Just anxious to help - and they did. I don't ordinarily write reviews about purchases or business dealings, but this experience was noteworthy. I would recommend these two gentlemen without reservation. I'd love to do business with them again when my lease expires in 3 years, but I'm guessing they may have moved from sales to ownership by then. Their enthusiasm and "we'll make it happen on your terms" approach was most welcome, and greatly appreciated!

Greatest and easiest purchase I've ever made in 50 years

I had been casually looking for just the right Corvette in my price range for the last couple of years. Finally, I found one at Ultimo Motors. It was not only sharp looking, it was newer than I thought I could afford, had just the right engine, lower miles than I thought I could get, had all the features I wanted, looked like a brand new car, and was priced right. I just couldn't believe it! What's the catch? Something must not be right! So I emailed an inquiry or two and received immediate replies from Frank Baginski answering all my questions and a simple no pressure invitation to come in and check it out. I told Mr Baginski that I live about 90 minutes away and would not be able to come in for a few days but was concerned that it might be sold by the time I could get there. He told me a simple deposit on a credit card would hold it for a few days until I could get there and if it didn't work out I'd get my full deposit back. Ok, that's easy, right? I gave him my deposit and we scheduled a date and time for me to take it for a spin. My wife and I arrived and we were immediately greeted by a gentleman named Shawn who knew our name and was expecting us. He asked how our trip was, told us that Frank would be right with us and offered us refreshments and the use of their lounge. In no time we met Frank, discussed the Corvette and it was brought out front for my inspection. It was showroom beautiful. It was everything exactly as they described it! I carefully examined every inch of it looking for something wrong and I couldn't find anything wrong! We took it for a ride all around the area. It was perfect and for a price that I found hard to believe! All I could do was smile and nod my head yes. I was sold! We briefly worked with Frank and then met with Dan the Business Manager to finish the deal. They put the license plate on the Corvette and we were ready to go. That is the fastest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever had in my 50 years of car buying! I will definitely be monitoring Ultimo Motors inventory for my next purchase. I'm confident I can't go wrong with a deal from the fine people at Ultimo Motors. I am loving my Corvette! Thanks to all! :)

Hard to believe but it's nicer than my 2018 Q5.

Nice styling- unlike some of the newer, outlandish Japanese & GM crossovers that look like they were designed by Stevie Wonder. . It's a real SUV -as it has as real 4WD with a low range-I can go anywhere with confidence. . Entertainment system and Nav are much more intuitive that that on my Audi. Has huge fuel tank- can go over 600 miles on the hwy.

We contacted this dealership as we were looking for a Mazda3 in Machine Gray with a 6-speed transmission, and there were not any cars like this in our immediate area. They contacted us promptly and had a much better price than any of the local dealerships had for a comparably equipped Mazda3. We ended up buying a Subaru, but would have gone through Continental Mazda had we decided upon the Mazda3.

Most beautiful and exciting automobile

I need more experience driving the Jeep, haven’t had it to long. It is so much fun to drive it has a lot of power! It is an eye catcher, everyone likes to look at it which makes me smile, I’m real proud of it!
