2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee consumer reviews

Car is great, I had a Jeep Liberty for 8 years and really wanted the same outer style, but that square look seems to be long gone on Jeep... The only complaint is that automatic 5 second shut-off when stopped. I have to manually shut it off.. I don't like it. Had an issue with the radio - the volume went from 5 to 100 without touching anything and blasted our ears with pain! It's a known problem and hopefully the issue is fixed.

Very satisfied up to now! Very reliable, comfortable, fast and strong. Feel like a sportive car that you can take to the jungle. Very happy with my decision to buy it. Tkx.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee looks great, is comfortable, drives well in the snow, and its decent on gas. The options are comparable to most SUV’s from Germany. However, at a much more economical price.

This vehicle is very sharp looking, would have liked the black out package but wasn't available in this color. Very comfortable ride with plenty of power with the v6.
