I love my jeep renegade , best vehicle ever, highly recommend it, comfortable inside, cool looking on the outside. Wonderful costumer service, wonderfull service dept . Couldn't ask for anything better. Highly recommend Dover Dodge to everyone .

I took delivery of the car this time last year, to date I have had so many problems, I am beginning to get a little bit peeved. Latest is ; I have no radio, no navigation system, no phone hands-free system, the handbrake keeps failing, or refusing to disengage, the lights on the facia keep dimming and brightening, and please dont order any spares, because they ordered a new radio 5 weeks ago! Yes you read that right, 5 weeks ago ! The service manager has told me "They are on back order" there is nothing we can do about it? Do- Whatever that means? The gears are rubbish, if your in too high a gear the engine will stall on you, usually in the middle of a junction. The service dept is totally non committal, and it seems to me uncaring ! Would I recommend this vehicle to a friend, not on your nelly would I. M

I got this car the other day and I'm over the moon with it. It drives amazingly and the cabin is so quiet. The blind spot monitor and the rear camera are a life saver and it's amazing. Love my car

I've had mine since May 2016, it's a commuter with less than 10k miles on it. The engine has such trouble shifting between gears that it hesitates between them, causing the car to almost come to a stop when doing so. It also has very lethargic acceleration. The electronic throttle control comes on and car will not operate. The stereo reception is spotty including Sirius radio and the hands free phone. The back seat is very uncomfortable, you feel even the most minor of bumps. I would give it back if that was allowed

My service engine light has been on 10 or more times. It's had the TCM replaced, then the Transmission replaced, and now the wiring harness. And it only has 12,000 miles on it. The light started coming on at 270 miles in. The 9 speed transmission is terrible. It delays shifting from Park/Reverse/Drive to anything else. If you slow down to make a sharp curve, be ready for no power and no gas. The software decides if you meant to press the gas or not and whether to let you go, even with oncoming traffic coming at you.

I've owned my jeep for over a year now and have a list of xxxxxxand con's xxxxxxexcellent styling inside and out. Very rugged looking and the attention to detail was very impressive for the price point. The amount of features you get for the price point is very nice too. From heated steering wheel, seats, dual zone climate, Nav, blue tooth, touch screen radio with 9 speakers including a sub and satellite radio,back up camera electronic hand brake and a capless fuel filler Now for the con's. The front seats seem to be placed to inboard so that you cant rest your left elbow on the arm rest. And if you try to rest it on the top of the door due to the styling it cramps your arms. The A pillars have crazy blind spots compared to my CRV. Outward visibility is sup par. The vehicle is under powered and the biggest complaint is the transmission. IT IS COMPLETE GARBAGE. It shifts so hard at times your hit your head on the head rest. Its a very rare occasion when it makes it to top gear smoothly and when trying to accelerate quickly it has to hunt for the right gear for a solid 5 seconds it feels like. Also when driving on the highway I usually have to manually shift if in 8th or 9th gear because for some reason it will hang out in 7th at 3000 RPM. So on to other con's. Fuel economy is fair I guess. I know it has no arrow dynamics but my 2003 Honda crv with a 4 speed gets the same fuel economy average. The headlights suck, I need to upgrade those for sure. My first set of continental tires only lasted 21000 miles and my front right brake caliper already needed to be resurfaced. The cargo room is pretty terrible behind the second row. The opening is very narrow because of the wheel wells . I thinks that about wraps it up. So pretty much the only thing this vehicle has going for it is its looks and affordability. If I could go back in time I would have saved some more money and bought something else. Probably a used jeep Grand Cherokee.

I just experienced my 1st drive in the snow, fantastic response. the Renegade is stylish, compact and lots of fun to drive. I wish it were zippier and the side pockets on either door were larger and deeper. Bottom line I love it. Cu does to Kelley sales in Springfield Vt. No pressure and the overall experience was as good as it gets when buying a vehicle.
