Salesman William H from Freehold Jeep helped me pick out a Jeep within my budget range. He even stayed almost 2 hours after closing to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable driving it home. He couldn't have been more kind. I love my new Jeep. I personally had a great experience at Freehold Jeep with the customer service and I am so happy with my new Jeep.

It is hard for me to say anything bad about this car, because it is still brand new. I love everything about it, except one thing. This gets a decent gas mileage (29 MPG Highway) for an SUV, but the tank is only about 10 gallons, which means that on my very average commute, I need to fill the tank twice a week. This would better with a larger tank, even by 3/4 gallons.

my mom bout the jeep renegade latitude like a mounth ago and it's amazing!!!!!! It has the touch screen in the dash and there like a teddy in the back glass and a baby jeep in the windscreen.

I have a one year old Renegade that has proved to be an unsafe vehicle on an intermittent basis. Left turns are always an iffy proposition since the car stalls out. It just loses power and until it decides to once again move forward one is left to sit and hope the oncoming traffic can avoid running into the car. It has been serviced several times over the 7,000 miles but it continues to surprise the driver whenever a left turn is initiated. The car is garaged because no one wants to drive it as we await some decision by the CFA rep which has taken almost three weeks to date.I am aware of at least one other vehicle which has experienced the same issue and has not yet been corrected.

I fell in love with the Renegade on sight and bought it without taking it for a test drive. People are constantly complimenting its great look and color. I Love the sedan-like ride. Highly recommend this car.

I have always been a Chevy person. Purchased my first Jeep and couldn't be happier. Smooth ride, roomy and very multi functional... great experience at the dealership....

My mother (70 yrs old) bought the Latitude but wanted to go off road with her 19 yr old grandson so she upgraded to a Trailhawk, put lift/spacers/new AT tires and she couldn't be happier. She loves her little truck aka"Puffie" and is very proud of it! They laugh and splash through puddles every chance they get. Took it to the off road park and beach with no issues at all. We have owned the Wrangler, Unlimited Rubicon and Grand Cherokee but this Jeep is the most fun every time we drive it.

been a mitsubishi driver since 2000 and liked them very much, good value for money and super reliable but when i saw a renegade , just had to test drive one. very solid feeling and riding, firm, predictable steering and suspension, much like sportscars i owned. very nicely laid out controls. love the hot colorado red exterior. leather seats, soft, supportive, comfortable, unlike some owned in past. engine more than adequate power and very smooth shifting transmission. paid extra for the bing superior sound system, good but not worth the extra cost. the my sky roof is really neat, couldn't live without a sunroof- haven't removed both panels yet but use the electric front one all the time. some irritating noise when front panel is back above 40 mph, even with wind deflector up had a little difficulty with the exact packages i wanted, a bit unusual combination, but my dealer, jeff d'ambrosio, whom i have dealt with for my prior 4 purchases had the exact combination of options in the 2 colors i was looking for on his lot. couldn't be happier with purchase, only long term reliability needs to be determined
