What can I ask for, it's a Jeep!

1998 bought 2nd hand in 2002 with 50K miles, now has 260K with less than $1000 in repairs. Trans flywheel replaced, oil seal on steering gearbox, nothing really serious / major.

Have enjoyed this vehicle more than any other. It will bring so much happiness to you...till it breaks...which it does...every other month. This might actually happen every three weeks. These vehicles are not comfortable either...live axles absorb every bump...bumps rattle the vehicle, and more importantly bolts. Checking for missing or loose bolts is a constant game. J-ust E-mpty E-very P-ocket If you are fine constantly fixing a very easy to work on vehicle, or have so much money you don't need or want to donate to charity...well donate your money to Keep a Jeep Running charity...it needs all you can spare. But that is the price you pay for the ability to go anywhere and see anything...provided you brought the right tools and parts. These are fantastic. It might seem harsh, but those are the realities of owning one...and I still gave it 5 stars.

Love this a Jeep! Fun and easy to drive!

This vehicle met all of my needs. It is very reliable, has comfortable seats. The short wheel base allows me to get in and out of parking spaces easily, etc.

I've loved driving this Jeep for 21 years!

Most fun vehicle ever! Dependable is an understatement! Goes anywhere with ease, on the farm , into town, to the beach! Great on a spring day with the top down! Everyone tries to. It it from me...but it's not for sale...ever!

Most dependable 2 door vehicle ive owned

Sure it could use some comfort upgrades. Swap out the stock shocks for some bilstiens and youve got a better ride quality than a mercedes Benz! Best aftermarket parts support

Keeps going and going and going...

I've owned my Jeep Wrangler since 2003. It is a 1998 model and its been through everything with me. It got me back and forth to college (6 and a half hr drive) and survived many off and on road trips. If something does go wrong it's cheap and easy to fix in your own driveway. The in-line 6 4.0 motor is bulletproof. Wish it was still in the current wranglers tbh. It's not the most luxurious of interiors but if that is your number one concern you aren't looking at Wranglers anyway.
