Most fun car I've ever owned

This car made me feel free and empowered. I love everything about it. It handles beautifully in the Oregon snow and was liberating to drive in the summer. It's almost a novelty to own a Wrangler but it truly can and does go anywhere. I took this car to festivals, camping, star gazing, whale watching and more. The MPG is exactly what you would expect. If you are looking for a car that gets great gas mileage than you're probably not interested in a car that is all about experience. This car also allows you to be a part of a community, I love that strangers in other Wranglers wave to me everyday-makes my morning commute enjoyable. I would recommend this car to anyone who wants to feel happier while driving!

Tank of a vehicle

I was not a fan initially. However after a short period of time I was pleasantly surprised. Overall the 4.0 motor is a beast.

Last Year with the In-Line 6

I had my 2006 Jeep Wrangler since May of 2008 and I loved every minute that I had it. The Problem was that our Daughter-in-Law did not feel "comfortable" having our 3 Grand Kiddy's riding it...and it would be very awkward getting the kids out of the rear seat... So my Wife and I "swapped" vehicles and She went on to Lease a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum [Midnight Edition] that came with a 3rd row seat...and I "inherited" Her 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5.7L Hemi that we purchased new back in 2005...I then proceeded to correct all of the "things" that were/went wrong with it over the 12 years that we had it...such as the NAV/REC Radio that had not worked since 2010, the cracked vinyl portion/cracked support trim on the outboard Driver's side front seat, and I had all of the "soldered in" back lights replaced on the A/C Heater Control Unit and Information Center..

First Jeep Owner

Bought this Jeep as a third car for weekend fun and such. I have a young family of 4 total and the Jeep offers more leg room compared to regular convertible cars. In the past, we have had sports car convertibles and rear leg room was always a problem. Note, we were on the market for a fun car for the family to enjoy open air and not too driven by off-road performance. So far, we love it! It would be tough to have as a daily driver since the soft top plus the knobby tires (Rubicon) are rough on normal streets.

Jeeps Wranglers have always been a dream car of mine I have 06 x it was one of the last things that my father helped me get its yellow is not one of my all time favorite color but its sentimental now since he has passed away I named it after him ant going to lie siting still or on a smooth road it is comfortable but on a country road it is a little ruff ride working on it of course every vehicle comes general maintenance witch isn't hard to do great road trip vehicle p.s 4.0 for the win

Most fun vehicle ive had

Love taking the top and doors off and being able to go wherever i need no matter the weather. Excellent 4x4 system, but after lifting it, im down to 11 mpg and even less comfort than before. However if you buy a wrangler looking for comfort youre looking in the wrong place. Still love it though!

Beauty & Brawn

IMHO the best year & model of the Wrangler. Classic 2-door styling, extra 13" of length increased overall towing capacity. Best engine...Ever in a Wrangler!

Found exactly what I was after.

Eric Telesky at Exit 5 auto group was as helpful and friendly as possible. Highly recommend stopping in to take a look at some of the harder to find vehicles at their Latham ,N.Y. location.
