Great Car!!
I just bought a Kia Forte Hatchback EX a few days ago and so far I love it! I got the sunroof as an extra. The seats are comfortable and it is really roomy inside. Great feature such as bluetooth, satellite radio, ipod hook ups, etc. The car drives really good, and I've been getting good gas mileage. Great value for the price, and I'm so glad I chose this car!

K 2 update
This is our second Kia and still enjoy them greatly. The main thing is the economy especially the way to gas prices are now. They are very stylish, comfortable, and lest not forget economical. The Kia is an excellent value for the money as far as we are concered.

Pleasantly surprised
I never thought I would buy a Kia and was all set to buy another Honda Civic. Took a test drive in the Kia and found it has many more features and a better warrant than a Honda. Kia is really putting in the effort to be a competitor with Honda. With all the added features such as bluetooth, Sirius radio, internet capability and a good warranty program it made my decision to swith to a Kia pretty easy. If the car is as reliable as my Honda was over the next 5 years then I will be looking to see what Kias are available for my next purchase. If you don't think Kia is up to the standard of Honda, I would recommend you take a test drive and see for yourself.

Just the right size for me
I purchased my Kia Forte hatchback 10 days ago and love driving it. I got the top trim so I could have the back-up camera and leather. The black leather has a subtle red stiching on the edges which is a nice touch. It has bluetooth which I need, a sun roof and plenty of head and leg room. I had a medium-large SUV before which was quite wide and difficult in narrow situations. I like the styling andgot black which is elegant and emphasizes the lines. It has a fairly high mpg rating, but I haven't refilled it to calculate it.

Great Car
I jsut bought this car late January and so far so good. I am a little worried on the gas but still testing it out it. It's the second time I fueled my kia and I am getting better gas mileage with its "ECO Drive". I love the interior features and exterior ones. I wish however that they can come up with a stronger engine like they did with the optima, which will be a car that I might be looking forward to buying in the future. Love the warranty on these cars and for the money, it is a steal.

Wonderfully disappointing
The standard amenities are great such as extended visors, storage space under the trunk floor, the warranties, roadside assistance, and the standard features, likes Bluetooth, satellite radio, and safety equipment . Plus the rear seats fold down flat and oil changes are at every 7,500 miles. After 1,700 miles the mileage is a disappointing! With stock air filter, driving commuter traffic (50% freeway & 50% city) I got 28 mpg. Now, with K&N air filter I getting 30mpg. Also, the front passage seat does not fold flat and rear window only go partially down. I guess it because the way the rear doors are shaped.

A lot for the money
Have had the car for a couple weeks now and put about 500 miles in it. We started our car shopping day looking for "something cute" for my wife and something that got decent MPG and had solid safety features. It was a busy couple of days. reading lots of reviews and driving a bunch of different cars...new and used. Toyotas, Hondas, Nissans, and Hyundai's. Kia was not even on our list. We drove by the Kia dealer and wanted to look at a Soul. Drove a couple different cars and was impressed with the Forte hatchback. Lots of nice features come standard. Bluetooth, airbags everywhere, and skid control to name a few. Looks nice, handles decent, and appears to get good MPG...right at 28 on the first tank with mixed driving. Definitely feels roomier than it looks and comfort is not bad. Time will tell...but so far, so good. Will do a follow up in a few months after a couple of road trips.

Extremely Satisfied
The forte is a true sign that KIA has revamped its image. No longer is KIA the throw-away car. This is definitely a keeper and would recommend it to anyone. The handling rivals that of the Civic SI and the power is sufficient to keep the normal daily driver entertained. Coupled with great mpg this makes a nice little package for a cheap price!
