Was in a bad wreck but it was a blessing it's gone

Steered like crap, always pulled to left and Kia couldn't fix it. Engine made horrible noise during cold start and I believe they all do it. Turned me against Kia,and Muncie Kia. Incompetent.

Do Not buy!! Beware!

The paint job is peeling! Never had a car do this. Geico was! Going to repair but denied claim. It’s a defect from Kia! Kia would not help. Will not buy another. Never had this happen before.

Never Needs Maintenance

My family loves the 3rd row seat! I love that I've never needed to fix anything on this vehicle, in four years. Only routine maintenance like battery and brakes. Nice looking car, smooth ride, powerful 4 cylinder engine. High quality sound system too!

Most reliable vehicle I have owned

Great vehicle. A little bit of a bumpy ride, but other than that a great vehicle. AWD handles great in the winter and pretty decent gas mileage.

Worst car I’ve ever owned

My car is a 2013 Kia Sorento. It has 48,500 mi on it. To date I have had to replace the brakes already , now the intake manifold. I’ve never owned a car that Had so many recalls. I am meticulous with keeping up oil changes and regular maintenance and it STILL has issues. I’ve replaced the windshield wipers three times, the window chips and cracks easily and the extension cord for the engine heater broke in half . Also had to be replaced.

Didn't expect this much from a mid sized SUV, but

Very happy with my purchase. I didn't expect as much comfort and luxury as it has, and the MPGs are awesome! Very happy with my purchase

Do not buy

This car has been a headache from the beginning. Had the car 2 months before the engine went out. Kia wouldn't honor their faulty engine problems and refused to replace it. I wouldn't recommend any Kia but especially not a Kia Sorento. I can mot stress enough how useless and poorly designed this car is.

Best Vehicle I have owned.

This car has body damage however the interior is in mint condition, still smells new. Unused floor mats. Always kept floor liners so original carpet is also in excellent condition. I was told by body shop that he could get two doors for about $800.
