Very nice, all the way around

This car was very surprizing. Performance, styling, comfort level has met or exceeded expectation. When compared to similar models of others makes the Kia Sorento was by far the best value for the money.

Accelerating constant take of power issues

Would not accelerate on take off, 30 percent of the time, went to the dealer many times, booked it in, & it never got corrected. The mechanic could never find the issues, and to my surprise, he told me, that if he could not find an issue, he would not get paid, something wrong with this picture. 2. Driver seat, would cramp up my driver leg, Poor design in seat. Company owned, luck enough to Get rid of it, within the year.

Best Ride and Amenities For the Money

This car is the best interior design hands down. Great safety features, awesome stereo, perfect range cup holders and power buttons. The steering wheel controls make life easy without having to touch the stereo or adjust tuning. Heated seats are the best. It has been super reliable and low issues mechanically.

Great Family SVU

This was a great vehicle for our family with two little kids. Lots of room throughout and great features that you wouldn't expect from a non-luxury vehicle. Very reliable and safe.

I won't buy another Kia Sorento.

We are now on our second recall. First the transmission last year. Now the engine. My car is sitting at a dealership about 40 miles away waiting for an engine. Time line is 1-2 months. When the transmission was replaced last year, the service department also said we needed a new radiator at our expense. Thank goodness a mechanic with a brain noticed that it was only a leaky radiator hose clamp!!! And, BTW, the "primary use for this car" needs shopping and local use for retirees.

Pretty decent car

I enjoy my vehicle, the major concern is that the back seat space is super small. It's hard to fit my son's carseat in it. And would be almost impossible to fit multiple carseats in it.

Great at first , but a rapid decline

Fit and finish not good. Have already had the engine replaced at sixty thousand miles. This is my first and last Kia. Too bad. I really wanted to like this career but ex?

Reliable car, full of design flaws

It's been an easy own. No maintenance needed outside the normal oil changes with 66000 miles down. Problem is I purchased the vehicle for the size and ability to hold my family of 5. 2 kids in safety seats and 1 in a booster. Traveling fairly often, eating in the car happens. The design of the seats makes it next to impossible to clean it 100% without pulling out the impact and removing the seats. Which isn't recommended I'm sure. But overall it's an ok car.

Great car, was not told of the recall.

I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento with only 80,000 miles on it. Nobody said anything about an engine recall and the Carfax was clean. 8 days later my engine blew up on the side of the highway an hour out of town. There is an engine recall for this models! It?s been almost three weeks and I am still waiting for a replacement engine. I am about to make a payment on a vehicle that I have drove less than my rental car. This is more on the dealership than the suv. Before this happened, I was in love with this! The space inside is amazing for a family which was the reason I picked this one to begin with.

Great overall vehicle.

This car has met all our needs. Very spacious, great to travel in. Great on gas as well. The third row seating has come in handy quite often. It?s easy to set up and put back down.
