It is comfortable and has so much room on then inside. My dog loves the back seat and how roomy it is. This is my first car with Bluetooth and I am loving the stereo!

Great car. Runs smoothly. Bigger than you think inside. That is a big plus for me. Keep maintenance up and you will have long life with it. Kia has been taking care of mine. Pleased with service thus far. Great car mileage. This is my second Kia.

Warranty is unbeatable and I liked the 1st one so much I bought 2 in 2016, 1 manual, 1 automatic. Never a moments trouble. Just bought a 2020 GT Turbo and wow is all i can say.

Other than the small scratches I found when I got home everything is perfect. Called salesman he said that wasn’t covered. I thought maybe the warranty would cover that.

We bought this to replace a 2011 Forte 5 because we are getting older and the Soul is easier to get into and out of, and we like the looks. We have only had it about 3 weeks but like almost everything about it. It's comfortable, drives well, gets good (not great) mileage but there are two slightly annoying things about the car. If you are not careful, your calf rubs against the door sill when you enter or exit (maybe not if you are tall). And you have to have the radio on to make a bluetooth call - you can receive a call with the radio off.
