My Kia has got all the gear except.......
.......the ?Sport mode? in what is a luxury Sport GT sedan. The V6 doesn?t disappoint even though there is no manual mode. My only one criticism with the overall driving experience and yes you did just read ?only one? is that the sport mode isn?t sporty enough. When I choose sport I expect my bones to be rattled to an inch of their life. What Kia has produced is comfort minus. That said there?s nothing much else wrong with this car. Style, luxury and practicality have all been beautifully balanced to produce a car for all occasions. I?ve yet to try launch control (my wife believing that Kia have somehow fitted ejector seats to give you that birds eye reversing parking view) and to my defence It?s not because I?m a chicken in my rear wheel drive only Stinger, it?s because I?ve only owned the car for 2k miles and the dealership said best to leave it until 1000 have been clocked up, that my excuse. 5 Little touches I love: The pop up sunroof fly catcher, the dipping side mirrors when you reverse, the fully adjustable HUD, the air cell side bolsters and the petrol filler release which is a good thing as I seam to be using it quite a lot. 5 little touches I wish I could wish away: The fake air vents (Singer you are the real deal so let?s have it all real and that include the engine note), the small amount of foot room under the seats for those lesser mortals who have to ride in the back, the numb bum given to the middle back seat passenger, the lack of retractablity in the 8inch touch screen and the cost of petrol in the UK (not quite sure if this is Kia fault). In summary a lot of people when talking about the stinger mention the number 365. Is this the amount of luxury equipment the car has or the width of the smile in inches the car puts on your face, probably both but It also say?s, if you can get over badge prestige, 365 is how many light years Kia has moved forward producing a car being a total complete package called the Stinger.

Looking for a fast, stylish and affordable GT?
For the money I spent and I had driven the more expensive competitive similar models from BMW, AUDI, MASERATI, I am seriously impressed with KIA, a positive major bang for the buck. A beautiful sexy GT Sports car inside and out, with incredible control and acceleration with a plethora of standard accessories. Everywhere I go and drive, I get many compliments and their most common reply is "I can't believe this is a KIA". I am looking forward down the road in buying another Stinger in a couple years, so I can have a His & Hers model in my driveway for my wife and I.

A true GT. It does everything well!
GT2 AWD. I've owned it for 6 weeks, and I love it. I started researching cars over the winter. Wanted to move up to at-least an entry-level luxury brand e.g., Audi 5 Sportback, Infiniti Q50, etc. I started reading the great reviews for the Stinger. Took one for a test drive and I was blown away. The power (wow!), handling, and overall performance are fantastic. The interior build quality is excellent. And hatchback/utility of the car is a real plus for me. I see it as a true grand touring car: getting you long distances quickly, in comfort and in luxury. And, by the way, it gets a lot of admiring looks from other drivers. Folks' first reaction is "that's a lot of money for a Kia". And, I m sure that a lot of "brand snobs" will turn their nose up at a Kia. Actually, I see it as a steal. Comparably equipped, the comparable luxury brands would be another $20k. I only rated Reliability 4 stars, because I haven't had it long enough to really tell. So far, no problems, squeaks or rattles. Solid.

My other car is a Panamera Turbo..
I own a Panamera Turbo and a Range Rover and would be hard pushed to decide which of my three vehicles I would give up last! The Stinger GT is the best car I have ever bought for the money. It's stupid cheap for what you get in it. A quarter of the price of the Panamera and with almost all the same features, and some more. It looks good (I got the Metallic Thunder Grey with the red nappa interior), it's fast, and comfortably holds 4 adults. KIA need a wake up call on the name, you know Toyota Lexus, Honda Nissan! You tell people you bought a KIA and they look strangely at you, show them the vehicle and they are in awe. I don't think there is a better vehicle on the market for the money. Great job KIA...

Kia Stinger is a budget BMW
The Kia Stinger 2.0T is a one-of-a-kind vehicle. No other car with a 4-cyl turbo has rear-wheel-drive, top-notch handling, slinky Panamera-like looks, and a hatchback, all for the price of a loaded Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. The car looks fantastic from the outside. It is long and low, and has plenty of presence. Inside, it is comfortable and luxurious enough for most people. The car drives exceptionally well. The 2.0T is more than enough power (255hp) for the car, but will not throw you back in the seat like the GT version, which has 365hp. The 2.0 liter engine makes more sense for daily driving and has a bit better fuel economy. The car is nimble and sure-footed. Choosing the right Stinger trim is difficult but a little self-reflection will help you decide: Base: It's a bargain. All of what you need for an enjoyable drive for around $30K Premium: Adds on sunroof, high end audio, navigation, LED headlights. Base GT: Best price/performance value, for under $40K GT1: All the performance, all the amenities GT2: Softer leather, limited slip differential, heads-up display, nicer seats The only complaints so far is a bit of a rattle from the trunk area and paint chips. My car is an early production model, so I expect they have fixed both problems by now.

New Stinger
I loved the test drive of this vehicle and decided to buy. It is a great car so far (only had it for a few weeks now) will have to see how it holds up over the coming months and hopefully years. Love the performance at slightly better cost than the more prominent badges out there. So far happy with the purchase decision.

Best interior and exterior design
Look and value is excellent. Noise level could be lower! The comfort mode is still loud. The front grille is too low and hits curbs and gets scratched.
