Feeling like a Queen!

Bought this aT 137000 MI. from a known individual who had been using an incompetent garage. I know because I had taken a previous car there! (Seriously: the AC is NOT fixed if it does not cool!)my usual garage did the front end work and a specialist replaced the ignition coils. I wanted to see if I liked it before investing in the timing chain. With a buy price of $3K AND $3500 more for above work, I will feel confident to take it on road trips. The was Queen Elizabeth's favorite car, I think I heard!

Very comfortable vehicle

Rides good and is dependable. I would recommend to follow the scheduled service with this vehicle. The only downfall is that service on this vehicle is expensive if you use a certified specialist.

For a used car am surprised how well it runs

This car is perfect for the mission - basically for around town and short commutes. Pleasantly surprised in how the car is in such good shape.

Still new but really enjoying it so far.

Very impressed. I bought an older model because I like the style of it. Fun to drive and looks great. Great buy and still elite looking.

What a fantastic looking truck!

It is a fantastic looking truck, and when everything is operating it drives fantastic as well. The problem is it has never-ending faults, and you'll never sort it all out. All the preventative maintenance in the world will not make these trucks reliable. The common ones are air suspension, the bags and struts at all four corners fail, as does the air compressor in the spare tire wheel well that supplies the air. Those are common failures, then there are the uncommon ones which random and hard to predict, the air suspension is a real problem. The other major problem is somewhere between 80k-125k you're probably going to need a new timing chain and tensioners. If you pay for someone to do it for you it'll run you between $5k-$8k dollars. If you try to do it yourself you'll need a few specialty tools and of course, the parts themself, the specialty tools and parts will probably run you around $1k-$2k and about 20-40 hours of your time. It's not an easy or quick job. The suspension and timing chain are the two most common expensive problems these trucks have. But on top of this are dozens of gremlins that lurk in the electrical system and can go off randomly. Some are simply annoying, others will strand you somewhere. The Range Rover is a beautiful truck. The fact that you can pick up an SUV that originally cost anywhere from $80k-$125k for a few thousand bucks is a huge warning sign. Don't buy these trucks as your primary driver. Don't buy them unless you have a spare car sitting around to get you to work or pick the kids up on time. Don't buy these trucks unless you've purchased the Platinum AAA for the towing insurance for when this truck decides to not move away from home, and you have to call for a flatbed tow truck to bring it home or to the shop. This is a truck for a mechanic with a great set of tools, and lots of experience to own and fiddle with. Because there will be lots to fiddle with.

Comfort and style at it's best.

This is the most comfortable vehicle I have owned. It has all the options of luxury and is very reliable. Not the best on fuel as it takes premium only and it is thirsty when it comes to mileage.

Car with the Most Accessories

I love the features on this car, despite it being over 7 years old, it still runs like a gem. It has too many to count, but the rear DVD to the passenger side heat/cooling, this car has everything!
