2019 Lexus ES 350 consumer reviews

I was told my air had to be replaced for $1700 for a new LX 350 that was 4 days old. Respectfully I was told that I was responsible for the cost. I was told “maybe a pebble hit the air conditioner” after 4 days. I couldn’t believe a dealer would say something like this for a new Lexus.

All I wanted was a car that drove smoothly and was quiet inside this car fit the bill. A fire truck was driving by...so loud rolled up the window, wow I could hardly hear it nuff said

I cannot say enough about our recent purchase of this vehicle. It is an all around great vehicle. As the pre ious owner of a 2008 ES 350 and a Mercedes E350 this car is hands down more car than either of those. I am most impressed with it's comfort, styling, technology and reliability.

If you want a reliable, luxury vehicle this is the one for you. Granted this doesn’t have the handling of a Bimmer, if that’s what you want then that’s what you should get. If you want top notch, luxurious design, a great ride, good value and unparalleled reliability you can’t go wrong with Lexus
