Very Satisfied Driver

We love the Lexus RX350. It rides quietly, smoothly and has all the features of a luxury vehicle that we wanted.

Everything I expected

Car is very comfortable and feels great. All of the technology works awesome and is easier to learn than it looks. I found that the new system for controlling the Navigaiton, stereo, etc. is cool and very impressive. Overall this car is just as advertised. The reviews I read and saw on Youtube are about as accurate as you can get.

The search has ended for the new car...

Our car is only two weeks old, but we are extremely pleased with our pruchase. Our previous car was a 2002 Highlander, but we liked some of the additional comforts available in the Lexus.

Freakishly Tall Man Likes Legroom - but's thats it

Ok, I'm not that tall but at 6'4" it's hard to find a car where legroom is adequate. There is 2 more inches for drivers side legroom than Acura and Honda Pilot. That is what sealed the deal for me. However, I wish I bought the Pilot instead. $10 grand cheaper and a smoother ride. Don't get me wrong, this is a very comfortable ride and it's very nice inside but the car charger locations sucks, the voice recognition is horrible, and the ride is not as smooth as the past models - something that really disappointed me after I bought it. Also, while the legroom is very good, the location where my knee rest on the center console is weird angle and annoying. Maybe you short folks don't experience that, but it bothers me! Yes, I test drove it but not on certain rocky roads where it is too rough, that is for a Lexus. I've had the car a year now and am satisfied with it, but want more.

Best SUV out on the road

This is my 3rd Lexus and by far the best one I've owned. The 2010 rx is unbelievable! Lexus changed the inside cabin completely to be a better fit for a guy and has every option you can think of plus it's a Lexus so you know it's drives like a dream.

Best SUV

More power than the over priced X5 and ML350, the ride is much more comfortable and very quite. Luxury with all the options u can think of.

disappointed

our 4th lexus in 11 yrs. our 1999 gs 300 was a luxury car. the interior detail was superb. the leather was supple and consistent in texture. it was on all of the seat (not just the seating surfaces) and on the door panels.it had folds in it (i kept the 1999 brochure so i know i'm not making something up) the dash had a softer feel to it, the carpeting was very nice. fast-forward to 2010 rx 350. the styling on exterior is great but when you get inside the car the luxury of 1999 is all but gone. the only leather is on the seating surface. the backs of the seats are naugahyde and the rest of the seats as well as arm rests are leatherette. three different materials! the leather what liittle there is, is very hard. the texture varies from kind of smooth to 150 grit. it is not of any quality. the carpeting is not the same quality as in the past and probably is the same as used in the camry. as the toyota fiasco has unfolded it has become well documented that the company has been squeezing suppliers to come up with cheaper costs. the result is less than luxury. i looked at a hyundai vera cruz before i got the rx and felt that it was almost equal to the lexus and 8k less, but, snobby me couldn't get past the hyundai badge. i now put lexus in the same league as acura: near luxury. the fit and finish are still very good. it is hard to believe that they went cheap in the interior to save a very small amount of money.

worst car I ever had

Don't buy this car unless you test drive it. Mine has the loudest engine or exhaust sound I've ever had. I thought it would get better with time, but everytime you press the gas pedal, you hear the rev of the engine in your head. It is very annoying, and sounds like a pick up truck! They say the new ones all sound like that. Well, a luxurly car shouldn't sound like that. I hate it! I had a Honda Pilot before that and wish I could have it back.

Very nice crossover

This is the best luxury crossover on the market. It has the best ride, a good amount of space for 5. If you don't need a 3rd row, this is the crossover for you. Tons of leg and head room. Fit and finish are very good. Some things I think they need to improve is the standard audio system, and backlight the buttons on the top where the map lights are located. Otherwise, it's pretty close to perfect!
