RX is the Best !

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

This is my 12th RX!!

A review from one who's had A DOZEN RX, not that Lexus will pay attention (they clearly need to have women join the design phase). Yes, I've had every color and had the first RX300 when there was a cup holder under the Left vent (left of steering wheel) which was convenient. EVERYTHING WE LOVED GOT TAKEN AWAY!! The drawer in the middle console was convenient and organized -- that's gone too. WORST PARTS OF THE NEW 2023 design: Less horsepower but more money. The seats are getting smaller, which is less comfortable, even if you call them bucket/racing. I don't need to be hugged by my seats, I need to be able to move! The middle console is getting bigger each year, making less room for my stuff -- Inconvenient!! The side pocket on the doors are now non-adjustable, again inconvenient and difficult to find things! CARS WITHOUT RADIO KNOBS SUCKS because if you have to look at the screen to change stations you will get into an accident eventually! Plus I want to be able to use the knob to adjust volumes quickly when I'm using my phone (or boss calls), which is not possible with finger control on the wheel. So many more inconveniences that I know Clearly it's time to look elsewhere

Canadian RX are garbage

Have a 2021 RX F SPORT 3. Lots of wind noise leaking into the cabin. No help from any dealership in Alberta. Already replaced backup camera and a quarter window. Won’t buy again.

Warwick Lexus sucks.

What a horrible dealership. I drove 90 minutes and arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early. The car I was to test drive had been sold two days earlier but I received no message. The salesperson said she had another car for me to look at. Classic bait and switch.

A Little Disappointing

This is my second RX350. I preferred the old body style, with a flatter front end. The front end jutts out so far on this model, I have a difficult time fitting it into my garage. I am also surprised in the sluggishness of take off on this vehicle. My 2015 RX350 had a much smother & quicker take-off where this one seems to hesitate, unless I put it into Sport mode. I asked at the dealership if there was a way to set it to always be in Sport but they said no - it is a manual setting. The final irritating thing with this vehicle is the "touch pad" on the center console. It is very sensative & the slightest touch will put a spot on the map 7 ask if you want to drive there. I personally do not even see the point of this touch pad. The screen is a touch screen & there are controls on the steering wheel for the driver so this additional control is redundant & bothersome. Other than that the vehicle is beautiful and reliable. I have had no mechanical issues with it and for the most part would recommend this vehicle.

2021 Lexus RX350 is terrible

I purchased a 2021 RX and it has been love-hate relationship. Technology, ride, and safely features are great; but the ride noise is terrible. Loud exhaust noise and road noise. Looking for a replacement vehicle as I write this review. Dealer states all 2020 to 2022 are this loud. No help what so ever from Lexus or dealership.

Love my New Lexus RX 350!

I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

RX350L - Very disappointed

My complaint is with the 2018 RX 350L vehicle I purchased new in 2018. I have owned three Lexus automobiles over that past few years - two LS models and now an RX 350L. The LSs were the highest quality, lowest maintenance-cost cars I've ever owned. I have recommended Lexus to friends and family (in Atlanta, Louisville and here in Hilton Head) for years and several have made purchases based upon my experience and recommendations. Having said that, I have been very disappointed with the RX. I realize that it is not on the same level as the LS, but I did expect more from the Lexus brand and, to be clear, I get this car serviced as required every 5,000 miles. I just returned from the dealership having spent over $5,000 to have the radio and an "SD card" (for the information display panel) replaced. Not what I would have expected for a car that is less than four years old. Last year, there was a problem with the automatic rear door. It would take multiple attempts to get it to close successfully. We finally got it repaired, but it took multiple trips to the dealership to finally get the problem resolved. Again, not what I expected from a Lexus vehicle. After my experience with my two LS models, I thought I would be a Lexus customer for life. I had planned to buy another Lexus this fall (trading my 2005 LS 430 with 255,000 miles) in for a new one. Now, I'm rethinking that plan.

Lexus RX 350 great car!

This is the 2021 Lexus RX 350 and is my 4th Lexus and I love it! The 2018 was also really great and so was the 2015. I think the price is very good and the value is incredible because either way, either leasing rates are great due to the high residual values, and the buy rates are great because you could sell your car used because they are very much in demand and you get a lot for it. If you hold onto your Lexus, that's another great option, because the Lexus engine is incredible, built to protect the engine and last a very long time! I have not had any issues with any of my Lexus ((unlike other car brands -I have had issues with other cars warning lights, electrical, rotors, struts, sensor issues, and faulty parts, and check engine light and other quirks etc!!!)) I totally recommend Lexus -very reliable and no problems! Servicing is always reasonable too!

My choice in ultimate Luxury.

I compared the Lexus Luxury trim model feature for feature with 3 other top Luxury cars. The Lexus offered me much more. On top of that is it’s phenomenal reliability rating. I believe its the smoothest, quietest, driving car of the brands, too!
