2019 Lexus RX 450h consumer reviews

After owning Toyotas since 1984, decided to upgrade to a Lexus…. Best decision I’ve ever made regarding SUV…. Sharp looking, beautiful interior, ride is very comfortable and hold its value…. It certainly won’t be my last!! Excellent reliability…. You won’t be disappointed!!

Had Lexus check front seats as I always feel a bulge in the middle towards the back of the seat. I feel this bulge in the drivers and passenger seat. Lexus performed a detailed inspection. We were told it is “an inherent characteristic of this model” basically it is what it is. This is the second Lexus we have owned. Our first was a 2010 350RX. But because these seats hurt, and are so uncomfortable, it will be the last Lexus we own. I literally have to sit at an angle to avoid the bulge. So uncomfortable

Interior, trim fit, in shop 3 times. (2) Wind noise ((1). Lexus did allegedly change manufacturing process on exterior doors panels 2020. Dealers, if you live in the lower southeastern geographical area Al, Fl, Ga. Dealers are sparse to basically non existent.

This is my first Lexus purchase and highly likely not my last. So comfy and Sharp looking. The safety features are impressive and bumper-to-bumper through 2025 is a key bonus

This is a very roomy and comfortable ride. Tall family members ride comfortably. Safety features like Lane Assist and cameras, that seem to surround the vehicle, provide a sense of security. Midnight Mica is the exterior color. Absolutely beautiful.

This is our 6th Lexus over the past 30 years. We have purchased new, used, low mileage, not so low mileage; keep our vehicles longer than many and have not had any significant issues to date that would change our decision on the Lexus brand. Yes we have owned cars from other mfg’s...we are a two car family with some varied careabouts. This is our first RX, however, and we couldn’t be more pleased with its styling, comfort, features, fuel economy for a larger platform and overall feel.

Very good car lots of room and lots of great safety features. Handling is great and lots of leg room for passengers. Cargo area is big.

This SUV does everything well. It's got a great combination of sophisticated electronics and solid on-road performance. The fuel economy is pretty good, too. The finish detail is impeccable.

This vehicle is equipped with all the latest safety features, which I love, and the A/C could positively freeze a person. Like my previous RX400h, the driving comfort is unsurpassed. I put 135,000 miles on my old Lexus, and I anticipate this one to last just as long.

May have battery issue bc it never shows fully charged. Getting 29 mpg only works in ECO mode. Seats are great. 360 camera great. Solid feel. Audi q5 has more oomph, however Boss stereo in Audi was like eating day old birthday cake. Lexus stereo is like your first kiss, every day. It's the subwoofer. It's magic.
