2019 Lexus UX 250h consumer reviews

It is poorly designed in nearly every way: GPS, phone interface, ridiculously hard to start. The battery has quit twice. I hated the insectoid look, but had liked my previous Lexus CT so I went for it... then started noticing all these regressions. For example: the CT would put itself in park the you turned it off, not this one.

This vehicle has no bike rack recommended for it and for those who want a hitch mounted bike rack, you can't find one, it has to be fabricated. Love the car but a sporty car like this should have a bike rack option.

The UX250h is a great car for anyone looking to get a hybrid and still have something a little sporty. I have the 2019 ux250h f sport for about a year now and average mpg ranges from 32 to 37 depending if I drive more in the city or highway. sport mode has enough pick up to merge into traffic or for spirited driving. The seats are sporty and look amazing. The handling on this car is amazing as well as it is very smooth and quiet. I do love all the spec and safety features it comes with, especially the remote services from the phone app. Many competitors will charge an extra 3 to 8 grand for all the additional safety features within this car. The only down side that the car has would be that the trunk is a little small. But other than that the car has amazing handling, great mpg, great apple carplay and enough pick up for a little fun. if the trunk was a bit bigger, it would probably bethe best hybrid suvs out there.

Searched a lot of Hybrids and found this car to fill all my expectations in terms of comfort,ease of handling and safety features. I like the looks,too!

Good fuel economy, decent acceleration, probably reliable. Not comfortable, not for Lexus brand, bumpy and noisy. Hear noises from outside and from the tires. Space inside very little comprare to overal its size.

I purchased the SUV around Valentines Day.The SUV is comfortable and economical; reliability has been flawless and Dealer Service Excellent. This has been the 3rd Lexus I have owned the SUV is great and the Dealer Service could not be better, very high praise to the Dealer, Salesperson and Lexus.

From the first drive home, the UX250h responded like a car with the quality of a Lexus would be expected to. After a year of driving, it still drives like new with not a single problem to report.

All is well with this LEXUS except not a family car; there is no real room in the back. This LEXUS also comes with run-flat tires-never mentioned by the salesman! There is so many features on this LEXUS that LEXUS needs to revise their owners manual to be more user friendly.

Very good car,except for F/M radio when the brakes are applied or stopped at traffic light,Lexus has no fix after a year of being ignored
