Great so far. Smooth ride, great gas mileage!

Haven’t driven it much because of the Coronavirus but so far, I love the easy steering, backup, smooth ride and comfort. Looking forward to many years of driving this beautiful vehicle!

So far...the car of my dreams!

I’m a small woman and my kids are grown but I like to sit up a little higher than a sedan. This small SUV (aka hatchback) is the perfect size, has plenty of room for a Costco run and drives like a dream!

The car is very comfortable and handles well

I purchased a UX250h from Lexus and the car fits my needs. It is a small SUV and I love the way it handles. It is the perfect size for my needs

Not very comfortable for Lexus

Not very comfortable for Lexus. Bumpy and noisy. Good fuel economy. Not spacious inside considering its length. I would not buy it if I could turn back time.

Nice interior if you are petite.

Used to have CT200h. I was ready to buy my 3rd. This was their replacement. Back storage: battery takes up so much space, the floor space is flush with door opening. I parked on slight incline and when I opened the back, to unload groceries, one bag tipped over, and a liter glass bottle rolled right out, and broke on concrete. Less space than ct200h. If you are not large it works. I’m petite, but I do have friends. Interface is HORRIBLE! No one told me they were changing the “infotainment” interface. Are all Lexus like this? It’s worth wanting to change this car.

Great car; peppy with great fuel economy

After driving our 2019 UX250h to California and back my wife and I loved the car so much that we actually traded in our second Lexus on another UX250h. The car is very comfortable; very peppy, and very thrifty on gas. On our 2,500 mile road trip, we got 41.0 mpg.

Beautiful Car

First time Lexus owner. I love my new car. I gave it 4 stars on interior design because there is no place to put my purse when someone sits in the passenger seat. No leg room in the backseat. That didnt bother me since my dogs will usually be the only ones riding back there. Trunk space is really small. I weekend trip with two suitcases and a carry on size bag filled up the whole trunk space. Not sure how I will carry everything at xmas. Also, they put the radio controls with a control mouse type pad in the middle near the gear shift. They said it was put there to help the driver. I have to disagree with that. I take my eyes off the road more with it there than when it's on the steering wheel. I still havent figured out all the button functions on the steering wheel, so there might be more radio options that I havent discovered yet. With that all said, I still love my car. With performances, I put 4 stars because it can have a slower start when getting on the highway, but once it's there is drives fast and smooth. I contribute the slow start to the hybrid. It's not horrible, I just hate to gun it, because I like seeing the better gas mileage stats.

Unbelievable Quick from 0-60 mph!

My wife & I were set to purchase the Cadillac XT4 sport. But with the accessories that she wanted (comfort package that includes heated & ventilated seats) the price was over $46k. My wife then saw a compact Lexus SUV, that she liked the sharp angled look & sportiness, but didn’t see the model number. We drove to the nearest Lexus dealer to see if we could find a matching one. As we entered their lot we started to walk looking at the different models. We then found the correct models & a silver colored one that the paint just “popped” showing a unique color with great metallic paint gleaming in the sunlight. Upon checking we noticed it was a Hybrid with the comfort & performance pkg. with a MSRP of only $38k. We then both took it for a test drive & could not believe the quickness, comfortability, leg room - both in front & back seat! As soon as my wife stepped out of the vehicle & the salesman walked inside she said “I love & want it!” We purchased the Atomic Silver XT250h/ all wheel drive with all the appointments that she wanted & walked out with my demand price of “$40k- out the door!” Very happy with the vehicle!!

Lexus has been the most reliable vehicle

This is my 3rd Lexus that I’ve purchased. I owned 2 RX 350 before this. I’m sorry that I didn’t get another RX 350. The UX250h is too small. It’s hard to even fit groceries if you have a lot to get. Also, I have hit bottom on bumpy roads in it. Sets too low to the ground for a SUV. More like a car. I am also disappointed that when you try to clean the outside windows, you can not move the wiper blades front and back windows, blades only move about an inch. However, If you’re looking for a great gas savings and you don’t need to haul a lot of groceries, this suv can’t be beat. As for me... I will be going back to the RX350.

Most stylish car I've owned it.

This car met my expectation. It's interior design and tail light is really amazing. the wheel tyre size is big enough and sufficient to the ground clearance. this car is most comfortable car ever.
