Not as reliable as my 2016 MKX

Car rides and handled great. The frustration I have is the monitor at times freezes other times backup camera stays on and sync 3 works sometimes and not other times. It has been to the dealer 5 times since my April 30 purchase date. Each time I was told the monitor just needed to be reset do to a software issue. Would not purchase another Nautilus do the software issues

There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of

Whether driving or sitting in passenger seat our Nautilus is very comfortable for both me (6’1”) and my wife (5’) tall. Great visibility. Controls are really well laid out. Quietest vehicle we’ve ever owned. Impressed with the handling on pavement and gravel roads. Really impressed with how well it handled on a stretch of washboard that is on our gravel road to the lake. My wife said she didn’t feel so shaken up when we got to the cabin. There really isn’t anything Lincoln didn’t think of with the Nautilus. Best vehicle we’ve ever owned. My wife wants to go on a road trip now.

Most problems ever with new vehicle

I have owned this vehicle for five months and have had it in the shop twice already for three separate issues. 1. Rough gear change from 3rd to 4th. Hesitation was evident in the gear change. This was fixed with a service/Software notice/update. 2. Liftgate intermittently is unresponsive to automatically opening. Unresponsive to exterior, interior, and key fob. The only way I have resolved myself is to turn ignition on/off, which I believe may default reset liftgate. Lincoln cannot replicate the issue as it is intermittent. 3. About 4-5 times per week, when the car is put in drive, the entire vehicle shudders and makes a loud clang. Lincoln acknowledges there is a proble, but has no resolution at this time. I have filed a complaint with Lincoln to declare this vehicle a lemon. I love the ride. It is very smooth. I love all the accessories, but will not tolerate all these issues with a new vehicle. This is the first Lincoln I have ever owned and will probably be my last.

Great Car, One Problem

Love the car - but it has a rear axle actuator that makes a noise when you open the door - it is getting louder and according to the dealer Lincoln says it is suppose to do that - go figure - expensive - great driving car and I have a noisy actuator.

Loving It!

I've had the Nautilus for two weeks now, and it handles quite nicely. The ride is very comfortable & smooth, the Sport gives you that turbo kick without getting the Black Label price. The dashboard is nicely placed. It's not congested like other luxury models where so many things are cramped in. I, especially love the phone charging pad. It's the best. It has many safety features that I've longed for and now have. My previous luxury SUV, older model, didn't have all the safety features, so major plus. Overall interior is perfect for me. The huge panoramic moon roof is awesome. The back seat is very spacious compared to other luxury mid-size SUVs, and they are heated seats and it reclines. Love the deepness between the consul & front seats. The cargo space is nice. At night, it lights up to give you visibility in the back. There's so many pros to this vehicle I can go on and on. Overall, the Nautilus is a great mid-size Luxury SUV. I could have purchased other luxury SUV, but glad I didn't.

Very jerky transmission at slow speed

My car Pearl is beautiful, comfortable and but transmission at slow speed, in stop and go traffic, is so disappointing! When I called the dealer I was told the car needs to adjust to my driving style ? At 1700 miles I phoned again and was told 5,000 miles I called a second dealer and the fabulous Concierge Service clicked in. They brought a MKX and Pearl went for a check up. The MKX is smooth with “normal” shifting and zero hesitation. Meanwhile 7 days later no answer to the problem.

Almost perfect

I like the amount of cargo space and the fact that there is a 110 v outlet in the vehicle. The glove box is not large enough. The back hatch does not open automatically to it's highest opening and you will hit your head on the door if you do not open the door manually all of the way.
