Many many trouble free miles
Car couldn't have met my needs any more than it did. Incredibly reliable, fuel efficient. Moved out of state and back. Three years worth of driving in less than a year and a half. Only car that could be fully equipped AND had with a manual transmission. Only complaints, road noise (eventually got used to) and a manual transmission/clutch combo that could have been smoother (less jerky)

Best compact by far!
I love my 2016 Mazda3! I looked around any many other compacts including the Civic, Impreza, and Elantra but discovered the Mazda has the best value for money and fun-to-drive factor of any small car out there. My car is the 2.0 Grand Touring model, which includes features normally found in cars considerably more expensive. It looks great, is comfortable even on long road trips, and while acceleration is only adequate, handling is superb. It honestly handles like a big, 4-door Miata. I easily get 30+ MPG even in daily commuting. So far, my only complaints are that the stock tires produce a large amount of road noise on the highway, and the infotainment system is not the most responsive. Overall, if you're looking for a safe, efficient, practical car that also happens to be fun to drive, take a look at the Mazda3.

Awesome car with an awesome price .
This car was really fun to test drive! Having a toddler safety is important and this car is full of features that will make any parent feel confident while driving, including mirror blind spot indicators and a back up camera. Also, has a touch screen small screen for your music, phone, navigation benefits etc. Great value for your money.

Fun and Reliable Workhorse
I bought this car new last year, and absolutely love it. The only issue I've had with the reliability is that the tires it came with are prone to punctures. Being a manual, the car is zippy and quick to respond. It gets great fuel economy. The backup camera comes standard and is a lifesaver. Because the car is so light, it does not handle well in snow. I get lots of compliments on the exterior of the car. As for the interior, the shiny details on the interior of the car may look nice, but they are annoying when the sun glints off of them and hits your eyes. Having driven this car 30,000 miles in less than a year and a half, I can confidently say that this is an excellent car.

Best bang for your buck
The Mazda 3 runs circles around the competition - it looks, feels, and drives like a much more expensive car. It handles well, accelerates happily, brakes like a sports car... All while getting 36 mpg. I drive 40k+ miles every year and needed economy, reliability, and fun. I couldn't ask for a better package. No exaggeration, I have convinced four friends to get brand new Mazda 3s, and many others have gone and gotten used ones.

All good except too much electronics for me
I have 75,000 miles on my 2012 Mazda3 and have needed zero repairs done on it. It's a 5-speed and I've been hard on the clutch since I feel it's a sports car, so the clutch will need replacement at some time in the foreseeable future. I love to drive the car. The 2016 I test drove had a lot of new electronics designed in and a weird pop-up speedometer screen. Otherwise it seemed to be just as road-worthy as my 2012.

Loved my Mazda
I have no complaints about this car, I loved it! I drove it across the country and back and it could not have been better. The style, features, and reliability were key with this car. Unfortunately, I needed to update to a 4 wheel drive car for the harsh east coast winters, otherwise I would have kept my Mazda forever!
