Affordable, stylish, reliable fun

The Mazda3 hits the sweet spot for small cars. The steering and manual gearbox are a simple joy to operate (even in city driving), I get great gas mileage with enough get up and go to have an occasional a bit of fun on a back road or on-ramp, and it's proved large enough for my 6'4" self, my six-year-old, and all our stuff. Two years in, I've had no troubles mechanically, and still get compliments of having a "nice car" and on the "sporty," styling, all for a car I payed under 17K for. I've recommended the Mazda3?and indeed, the Mazda brand?to anyone who will listen, and have helped make at least a couple converts.

Good value

This car met all of my needs. Stylish design, interior was comfortable. Engine not very powerful, but for what it is, it's capable. The only 2 things I'm not crazy about is, the way the 7" monitor screen sits on top of dash and can't be flipped down or adjusted, and 2, anyone getting in and out, including driver seems to bump head on the door jamb, never fails! Mine is white and beautiful!

Great Commuter car

I love the gas efficiency of my Mazda 3. The A/C works great too. People in the back says it's to cold! There's not a lot of room for people riding in the back seat but I'm short so it works. It even has telescoping steering wheel if the driver is tall.

Sporty and fun

This car was a fun car to drive. Great mpg, easy interior accessibility to all its bells and whistles. It was a little low to the ground for my liking and made entering/ exiting a little challenging for my mother. If you're looking for a great commuter car thats fun and has great for traveling, Mazda 3 is the one. The comfort is ok but the stereo will def distract you for the long haul. All in all, not a bad little package.

Best car for the price!

This Mazda3 has all the features I need to commute to work and school, or fun a fun road trip on the weekend. It makes me feel extremely safe and I love the price tag as well! Most certainly a great sedan.

I'm looking Gooood!!

This is a great car! It is comfortable and has the pick up and go anyone would want, especially a young 22 year old like my son or an older guy like myself. I feel awesome and young in this car. I bought the 2016, my son bought the 2012. We love our Mazdas

Felt much larger than comparable competition

We test drove several 16k-21k cars yesterday. Mazda 3 was our favorite in this class! It felt so much larger than the Honda Civic. Great pick up getting on the interstate and plenty of power once there.

LOVE IT!

It's a sport trim model. I love the handling and balance most of all. I haven't driven the grand touring but that should be more fun than the base engine in sport.

Can't stop turning around to look after parking

I'm a bit old school and wasn't prepared for the USB ports to provide my music along with the radio. But welcome to the 21 Century! I had been driving a 6 cylinder for years and was worried about the power of this 4 cyl. Very happy with the power and gas mileage!
