Beware of Finance Department!
Let me first start by first saying German, the sales manager at Tom Masano has been a great asset from the time I purchased a Metris Van back in March 2019 to now. However, the financial department is horrible! I got rid of the Metris van in July 2019 and requested that the finance department cancel my extended warranty on- Purchased a New car

Love it so far
I've had the van for two months now and am quite satisfied. Decent handling,Comfortable , quiet ( in passenger model) and over 28 mpg on country highways. Only complaint is the self parking option( Parktronic) is flaky. Only woks about half the time-really not worth the big bucks for that option.- Purchased a New car
- Used for Having fun

Love this van!
My husband and I were van shopping when we came across the Mercedes-Benz Metris. We wanted something that would be comfortable and reliable for traveling around the US, sometimes with our dogs. This van really fits our needs. It is spacious and has the ability to easily remove the seats for moving large cargo. We didn?t want- Purchased a New car

Van That Handles Like A Car
I love it. We needed a second vehicle that would accommodate us and our pets in case of an emergency evacuation and the Metris with room for 5 passengers (can come with an extra row of seats to accommodate 7) and space for four dog crates in the back is a perfect match for our needs. Handles like a well designed car rather- Purchased a New car
- Used for Transporting family
- Does recommend this car
