sharp ride.
I have to say, pleasantly surprised. This car looks great, drives great, and has plenty of power in the 270 horsepower v6. The leather interior is nice, the guage cluster is well lit and has plenty of info for you. The cvt trans takes some getting use to. Sometimes it feels like you are driving a stick and shifted to a higher gear too soon. Once you get used to how it feels and how to drive with it its really a nice ride. I am constantly speeding on the highway because its so smooth and effortless that i don't realize how fast I am driving. Bose stereo is nice. wish mine had the built in nav but its no big deal. Gas mileage is descent for a v6 and also depends how you drive like anything else. Miine is an 07 SE with Leather, Bose sat radio w/6 disc changer, Moonroof, auto dual zone climate control, bluetooth, heated seats, and many other bells and wistles. Its a really nice car. Sporty and classy. Buy it.

Another great Nissan
Purchased a used 2007 Nissan Altima 3.5SE with low miles, loaded with everything I need and want, and I love this car as much as I've loved all the Maximas and Altimas (and a G35) that I've owned.

Great Car 3.5SE, Very sporty
Great Car,powerful motor just took a pretty decent trip got 27 mph not too bad for a V6,also the CVT transmission is very smooth. Would recommend, the only thing I can complain about is the ride is a little stiff but thats what you get with the SE model. Bought used with only 5000 miles on the vehicle.

Definitely recommend
Bought this car 15k miles ago and I love it. 4 Cyl. with plenty of power even for a 6 cyl. car guy like me. 400 to 450 mpg. Great car, great buy. Ps: the only thing I haven't experienced yet is it's performance in the snow. Also, the on board computer amenities are outstanding!

Sexy, Powerful, and Great MPG
With the economy as it is and gas prices so high, I live 20 miles from work and wanted something with better gas mileage than my jeep (13-14 in town). Wanted something sporty, yet with a back seat. I opted for this silver altima coupe. Yes, it is a head turner, yet has the back seat, lots of power, amazing sound system, can use my i phone for music, and very comfortable. I do all in town driving, starts and stops all day long and never falls below 23 mpg. LOVE THIS CAR! Sometimes, it seems hard to find the coupe so if you find one...snatch it up!

My First Nissan
This is the first car I have EVER bought and Im only 19. I got a 3.5SE cause I didnt really want a 2.5 cause of performance reasons. The car is quick, the CVT shifts VERY VERY smoothly, the AC is cold, the BOSE sound system makes me happy inside :) and the black leather with charcoal interior with super black exterior looks really nice. I bought the car about 2 months ago at 37k miles and I now have 42k on it.

My First Nissan...love it!
This is the first Nissan I've owned and I'm very happy I chose the Altima over the Toyota Camry. It's a really fun car to drive and has surprisingly good pickup for a 4 cylinder. I have the 4-door 2.5 S model and it looks sporty...not at all like a family sedan. One of the few complaints I have about it is that the seats are a bit hard and not very comfortable. Also, the engine is a little loud. All in all, I love driving it and would certainly buy another Nissan.

AC Compressor/Car Shaking
The newer model Altima with the CVT transmission is notorious for issues. My AC compressor went just after 37 months. I have an issue with my car shaking between speeds of 35-85 MPH. Nissan says it's not an issue to be concerned with. I've had my tires balanced, rotated, and replaced a number of times thinking this was the issue, however the shaking continues. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from the Regional Specialist and the performance of my Altima. I come from a long line of Nissan drivers, but after this experience, I will never go back to Nissan. The regional specialist even said that the AC Compressor is an issue with a number of Altima?s since they started using the CVT transmission. Nissan blatantly turned their back on a loyal customer and I suspect they are doing it to more.

HATED to sell it
I just had to sell my beloved 2007 Altima due to some financial/personal stuff . I LOVED that car. It was fun to drive, smooth acceleration and shifting , quiet interior , nicely laid out controls. It felt solid to drive but never "mushy". It also had great styling, I would catch people looking at it all the time and people would ask me if I liked it saying how nice looking it was. Never had one problem with it. If I could say there was anything I wish was better maybe it would have been the seats being a little more comfortable, the rear seats were not that easy to flip down when I wanted to and while I loved the look of the dual tail pipes, they were in a vulnerable spot and I had to have them re-secured a couple of times from going up the driveway and catching them. Somebody is going to get a beautiful, gently used, much loved and missed Altima. When I get the chance, I would get one again in a heartbeat!
