Don't do it! Run!

I bought the dealer demo Platinum version with 3k on it in 2013. It now has 137k. The design won me over. I loved the third row access and size of storage. Unfortunately, the car is a major disappointment. I've lost track of the things that have gone wrong. Big items include: automatic rear liftgate, AC, alternator. Small, but seriously annoying items include: every interior door handle has broken (I can hear the cheap plastic snap inside), both sun visors won't stay up, sun roof drainage backs up and leaks through the interior of the car. I will never buy another Nissan. I'm going back to Lexus.

Horrible Car

It has been been a problem for the past 4 years! I Don’t have the luxury of just switching out cars so I’m stuck. I have called and received NO help from Nissan. My visits are broken. I had to replace both front door handles (doors would not open)! Alternator went out- got it fixed and back in shop a week later! I will never buy a NISSAN AGAIN! Don’t do it!

Love it!

The car has meet all my needs and is exactly what I wanted in a SUV. The 3 seats is perfect to take grandkids traveling.

So far so good

We just purchase this car used from a private party, and we love it. It only has 45000 miles on it, so we'll see how it ages, but so far it is wonderful.

Really disappointed

My third and last Nissan. Interior is comfy and well designed. But something has constantly been wrong with this car since I got it. Weather seal keeps coming out from under luggage rack. Difficult and time consuming fix. Middle row seat sliding mechanism broke in first year. Air bag recall...”fixed” but still sometimes on sometimes off with an adult in the seat. Driver visor broke for no apparent reason. Air compressor out after only 5 years. Sometines shakes when accelerating, sometimes shakes when slowing. Bumper dents so easily. Literally knocked loose and dented by the wing of a large bird that flew across in front of me and barely grazed the car. Every day it’s something else. Very disappointed.

Very nice well kept vehicle

This vehicle is nice and spacious for a family of five. I love the third row seats and the features that come with the vehicle.

First year redesign fraught with serious problems

Driver side heated seat motor/component melted $1200 fix Nissan refuses to cover even though a fire could have started. Driver side power window motor replaced three times. Cooling system going at 5 years old. At three years hood paint failed (no Nissan support). Many occupant restraint system recalls, forced to drive with no passenger airbag for a 1000 mile trip. Final straw, crappy CVT transmission needed replacing at 5years and Nissan USA refused to stand behind this dog of a SUV. Pretty car, comfortable, but when a company knows they have a problem and refuses to remedy it- stay away. My dealer was awesome; Nissan USA on the other hand has forced me to NEVER buy any Nissan again. I absolutely tell everyone I know buying a car to stay away from Nissan. This company is not to be trusted.

Lots of room!

This is a great car for any family! I have plenty of room for the kids and their friends at the same time. It’s also great for travelling as you can pack it with all your gear and still have room for the dog. This vehicle has been super reliable throughout all kinds of weather including icy conditions and tons of snow.
