Just purchased our 2nd Nissan vehicle

We purchased a 2009 Nissan Sentra in 2009 from this dealership and now we purchased a 2013 Rogue in 2013 from this same dealership. We really like this dealership as well as the service department. I like that we receive maintainance calls so we can keep up with the regular maintanance of our vehicle. When the time comes we will purchased from them again. We like the reliability of Nissan and the performance of their vehicles.

Great SUV

I purchase this SUV for something smaller had a car as hybrid but wanted a SUV instead looked at the Nissan Rogue it was cheaper. I like the navigation, premium sound system, blue tooth and touch screen features. It drives great and handling is the best the visibility is kind of low in rear along with the sunroof but it's a best little crossover that does well on the wide opened roads and freeways with enough power has to front wheels. It's perfect with the leather seats and Sirius radio was available and the styling is mint for the Nissan Rogue.

It's a Rogue

Got best fuel economy and all the features perfect on the Rogue. I love how it handles and couple things don't like is the visibility too low should have looked at Toyota first before but got the rear view camera helping me out. It's comfortable and feel more safety driving the Rogue than my Mercury traded for this SUV everything is just great from interior space and Bose sound that kicks. It's overall fast with CVT transmission takes off slow but times gives it little bit horsepower it's a great SUV if checking out the shortcomings about it i love it and glad bought instead looking at Chevrolet Equinox which did test drive it the ride was rough but the ride on Rogue is very smooth and interior is quiet.

Buyers beware

I'm a mother of 5 month old baby. I bought this car during the July 4th weekend and about a month ago I started noticing brake problems. My husband who has been driving for 25 years just had an accident with me and child inside and I saw the whole thing. The brakes didn't work properly and while 300 feet away from the other car, he wasn't able to stop while pressing his whole body on it. The whole car shook and went forward instead of stopping. Very bizarre!! I been complaining about this car since 2nd month and now he got to see what I meant. Our car mechanic also advised that he has been having lots of complains about this car. I would definitely not recommend it at all! It's a junk car in my opinion.

2013 Nissan Rogue

This is my first time to write about my purchase of a Nissan vehicle. I have owned different vehicles; but with my satisfactory experience in purchasing my latest purchase of 2013 Nissan Rogue, I feel happy to share about my experience in owning it. We were assisted by Mr. John Boccardi on that day that we bought our second Nissan vehicle. Aware that our first experience in going to a Nissan dealer--buying a vehicle, talking about numbers, and finally taking it home on the same day-- took us almost a whole day, from early morning till dark, we were ready to encounter another exhausting and somewhat aggravating day. But this time with the help of John, we were able to complete our negotiations in less than 3 hours, and to our satisfaction. John was very attentive to our questions, and was ready to find out for answers in case he did not have the information right away. He was very patient and understanding, and not once did we feel under pressure to limit our questions and conclude a deal in a short time. He showed us the vehicles of our choices, which were narrowed down to either a white Rogue or the platinum graphite Rogue. He gave us the comparative prices and patiently responded to our follow-up necessary to help us make a decision as to our choice. My wife and I were very satisfied with the professional and businesslike the way John Boccardi assisted us in our purchase of the Nissan Rogue. I will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives to go to Hilltop Nissan and to look for John Boccardi whenever they decide to own a Nissan vehicle. Thank you, Mr. John Boccardi.

Great vehicle for a great price

The rogue sv is exactly what we were looking for and we are very happy with our decision. We looked at many other vehicles but this one ended up being the best car with the greatest value!!

Faulty Transmission

Do not buy a Nissan. The CVT transmission is horrible quality and will not get you many miles out of your car. Google this, and you will find loads of information about the faulty CVT. Nissan even doubled their warranty due to "customer satisfaction" from known issues with this transmission. The warranty was extended to 120,000 miles, and we had 126,000. Now you would think a reputable company would "make it right" for the customer, but Nissan was incredible difficult to work with. For that reason alone, I would not recommend Nissan. At the end of the day, you want the manufacturer to stand behind their vehicles and customers.

Greatest Car Buying Experience Ever!!!!!!

Just purchased a new 2013 Nissan Rogue from Executive Nissan North Haven CT. It was a great transaction. My salesperson was Lauren Lorusso, she was great. Very Knowledgeable with a great personality. Very easy to talk to. The dealer had a very large inventory so I was able to get the color I wanted, with the options I was looking for. There was a special for Zero percent interest, and a rebate, so I saved a great deal of money. Dave Jones handled the financial paperwork which he made effortless. He was well prepared and very efficient with the contracts. A great experience from everyone at Executive Nissan, North Haven Ct.

Great Value

With the Japanese Yen devalued, Nissan offered additional discounts. We were able to get a fully loaded SL for thousands less than comparable compact SUV's. It gets good gas mileage, has adequate acceleration, and has nearly all the bells and whistles. The only thing noticeably missing is the homelink for the garage door--a minor inconvenience. I amnot sure how long the tires will last. I started looking at late model Rogues and the tires were showing considerable wear even at 18-20k miles. My wife absolutely loves the Rogue--we choose a white SL with black leather interior.

Disappointed

I just read all the reviews, and I'm shocked by what I read. * the brakes grab when braking moderately. * the engine accelerates erradically. *24 mpg for a 4 banger is nuts. It doesn't get the 27+ they advertise hwy. The interior is cheap, but all new cars have cheap interior. I have purchased 6 brand new cars in my 52 years of driving. This is by far the worst. Maybe because previous cars were upscale. This one is not.
