I will never again own a Nissan.

This car had a transmission problem and Nissan refused to do a recall. My car’s CVT transmission (@68k miles) crapped out while I went to PA from NJ to visit family. Thank God it did not crap out on me on the highway where I may have died bc the car just kept shuddering and jerking with no acceleration. I would’ve gotten into an accident! I was luckily on local roads when it died on me and had to get it towed over a 100 miles back to NJ (so you know how much that cost). Anyway, called Nissan customer care and basically fought with the rep to get me some sort of discount for the service which was quoted around $4k. I ultimately got them to pay for the new transmission and only ended up paying for service and labor. Turns out two years later, there is a class action suit against Nissan for the defective transmissions, and ended up getting my payment for the service and labor refunded! Nissans used to be great, however, I cannot trust a car that has been unreliable.

Great, stylish car for a tight budget

This cars looks great and has a nice ride. It's got a peppy engine that gets off the mark quick as a bunny. It has Bluetooth as well as aux in line. Great ride for the money.

Not reliable, do not shop Nissan!

Transmission failed at 89 000 miles... horrible customer service from Nissan and they didn't even pay for the $250 diagnostics because it is over 85000. Don't buy a Nissan!

First owner and the car has never given me issues

I have had this car for almost 7 years. This is a reliable and well taking car off car. Me and my husband have done all the oils changes and maintenance in time as well as change the whole set of wheels almost two years ago. I am just selling because I don't need it for work anymore.

Very reliable and awesome transportation

I’ve owned this car since new and it is a replacement for a prior 2008 Sentra which I was crushed inside of. That vehicle was entirely crushed in the front where I was pushed into another vehicle after being hit from the rear. The rear of the vehicle was also crushed all the way to the seating compartment and I had to be cut out of this car! Bottom line is when I got out of the hospital and we went to look at it in the tow yard the exterior was completely destroyed yet the interior cabin was almost completely intact, thus probably saving my life and limb? Therefore, when I went looking for my replacement vehicle I purchased the Exact Same car just a different Color...lol

Never away from the shop

I have now owned this car for 7 years and have had issues with almost everything it seems. Transmission is horrible, battery horrible, ball joints, suspension, brakes, rust etc. Within first year of purchasing brand new had to get a battery replacement, had rust on exterior, weather stripping came off on windshield, leather came off of console, windshield fluid dispensers broken. Second year something with my fuel intake sensor, another battery replacement and weather stripping again, same spot. In years 3-7 transmission replacement, ball joint replacements (whole front end just fell), rust on brakes, rust on rear (there's a small gap between spoiler and body where water/soap hides). I am sure the mass flow air intake is faulty, likely need another new transmission because it doesn't accelerate properly and is delayed at stop/start and there seems to be an issue with acceleration at 100km as it smells like burning. Bought this car brand new to get a few years headache free and have not left the shop. Would never buy this useless piece again nor a nissan. Dealership is also useless. Dont buy this year/model.... you will regret it. On a good note, TONS of space in trunk and back seat. Your guests will sit comfortably however you cannot guarantee they will get to their destination safely.
