Favorite Porsche

Have owned Cayennes, 911s, 911 turbos and this Cayman over the past 35 years. This car is my favorite, based on reliability, fun, performance and practicality. Still runs exactly the same as when I bought it.

Bought it with 113000 miles on it.

I had it initially serviced by Porsche to make sure it was running as designed. She has been the sexiest car I have ever owned - I plan on upgrading to a new Cayman at some point in the near future!

Great Car!

Honestly I'm not sure if there is a better "Bang per buck" european sports car on the market today as the Porsche Cayman. Reliable, quick, great handling sports car. With plenty of storage in the front and back. Decent but not great fuel mileage.

Performance is definitely Porsche

I've had a 928, 911T, Boxter, and now a Cayman; I've had more admirers of this car than any other. It is a pleasure to drive because I have tiptronic, and navigation, which makes driving in city traffic much more relaxing.

Most fun you can have in a car

The 2007 Cayman with the 2.7 flat six and 5 speed manual transmission is an absolute blast to drive! With the mid engine design it handles fantastic and is a joy to toss into corners. The 2.7 flat six sounds absolutely fabulous and really responds to being driven hard to keep the RPMs up around 4000 and above. While the car handles like it is on rails it is not jarringly stiff like some sports cars can be, nor is it obnoxiously loud. I did have to replace a few things, including the water pump and starter, but there is 100k miles on it. Another 60 HP and a 6 speed would be nice but even without those this is the most fun I've ever had with a car. Like they say about Porsche, there is no substitute!

A great Car

This car is excellent. Love the design and interior styling. It is super fast and fun to drive. I wish it had a spare tire compartment. But other than that it is great.
