2007 Porsche Cayman consumer reviews

This car is exceptional. For the price of a new Nissan 370z you could buy a 2007 Porsche Cayman S, and that's exactly what I did. This car drives like you are the car. It glides from corner to corner never missing a step, it encaptures you in its gentle embrace. There is not a car for the price as nimble as this one. The reliability is amazing. the comfort is very nice however you can't nap in it while you wait for someone, but lets be honest that doesn't matter. I love every second of this car.

On an impulse I purchased a 2007 Porsche Cayman from a private owner. Black with tan interior, just what I wanted. Lots of miles, 95000, but I thought "It's a Porsche". I am so glad that I did. This is the most fun I have ever had driving an automobile. I have an 2012 Mustang convertible, so I did not want another rag top, and the the Cayman is just possibly the best looking car ever. The handling is superb. It is not possible to find enough curvy roads to blast through. If you can find a better car than this one, if you are a driving enthusiast, then you had better buy it, because this one is a winner.

Of all the Porsche models on the road, the base Cayman is the most visually striking to me. It's refined and classy. The interior is the same, made with high quality leather and materials. It definitely makes the most of its space. I love the flat six sound and the performance to this point (I've only owned it a couple weeks). For the base model, it absolutely flies and draws attention everywhere I go. My 66 year old mother even loves it. I'm a newfound enthusiast and join the thousands out there who love the Cayman more than the 911 or any other Porsche model. Mine has 116,000 on it and it runs like it's brand new.

inspected by dealer who was 450 milles away.the ac did not work on delivery,he told me to get it fixed here and he would take care of it.

No hint of boastful or threatening lines or features, no fat or excess; merely a skillfully and artistically crafted work of functional art. To see it going by, coming toward you or going past, the look, the sound, the way the lines cut through the air set this vision of automotive excellence decidedly apart from the crowd and invite you to wish yourself behind the wheel viewing the road ahead over hood and fenders sculpted as masterfully as a Greek sculpture. All of this exquisitely accomplished with an innocence born of the purest desire to produce drivers' every need, every desire, beyond every expectation. This ride is merely what it wants to be; no jazz, no frills, no suggestion in the slightest that it needs to be compared with anything else on the road by any measure. It requires no improvement . . . only a driver who truly appreciates, recognizes and understands the thrill of dancing with the road ahead.

A very affordable and great looking sport car. Handles better than the 911 and I think it looks better too. Allowed me to try autocross and the track with my local Porsche Club which was a fantastic experience.

The mid-years of the Porsche Caymen brought together stunning beauty and superb handling. This was my 3rd Caymen and 15th Porsche but the '07 Cayman S may have been the best overall.

I've owned all of the German brands, including a 911. I must say... you will be very hard pressed to find a better driving car, especially at this price point. Nothing but smiles :)ear to ear baby!

Probably the most enjoyable test drive I have had in a long time. It reminds me of both why I miss driving stick and why I am content not to drive stick. In traffic the heavy clutch in the Porsche is irritating. When not dealing with traffic the car is unbelievably fun. If I could afford a 2nd car I would so buy this, as a primary driver I am skeptical.

one word drive-ability is AWESOME !! fast, reliable, makes for a great second fun car, my wife likes it..... so if she's happy I'm happy......
