2020 Subaru Crosstrek consumer reviews

I have used this car for about a month, and I think this car is pretty good. I feel pretty safe driving this car, and I love the light blue color, too.

Heard lots of good things, this is my first Subaru but have seen plenty of examples around town. Great comfort and great handling. Gas mileage is a plus. As usual, the tires that come with it are not the greatest

So far, very satisfied with the car as a whole. I wish it was faster without losing gas mileage. It is a great looking car and a good value. Subaru's are very reliable. This is my 5th Subaru. The two tone seats are not my style, but I can live with them. I also own a 2020 Subaru Forester. Some quick comparisons. Both are great. Little difference besides size. Weird differences like Crosstrek has old school e-brake. Forester has AVH. Crosstrek has gas cap release lever. Forester is a pop out type when doors are unlocked. Of course, the Forester is more expensive. Still, it is obvious...I like Subaru!

Only owned it for under a week and are completely happy. Very comfortable and smooth drive! I think we made a great choice, it’s our second Subaru!

I’ve owned a lot of Subaru’s (Imprezas, foresters, and crosstreks) and this is one of my favorites. We went with Pure red exterior in the premium trim with the 6 speed manual. We traded a 2019 sunshine orange Premium CVT for the 2020 and couldn’t be happier with the decision. The cvt does a good job for what it is, but it is not fun to drive and if you prefer manual transmissions it’s a no go, we tried to make it work but ultimately had to go back to manual before they stop producing them altogether like they have in so many other Subarus. We love Crosstreks, and the manual option makes it perfect for us. So far, so good. The value of these things is insane. We used Truecar through consumer reports and got a smoking deal and weren’t under water on the 2019 trade in.

This car was perfect for us. It had more room than my Honda HRV with all the added tech options like eye sight and lane assist. It's an extremely smooth ride, handles really well, and is very stable turning corners.

This car meets all the requirements I have--size is right with ample space for tall people. The engine is responsive. The ground clearance is just right and still able to get in the car without a step stool! I love the pure red color and the quality of the leather interior.

Everything great so far but had only a week. I am still getting use to all the safety features. The car is still spotlessly clean with that new car shine. I hope I feel this good a year from now.
