1st New Car
The First new car i purchased. it took four months to get to the final two vehicles(thanks cars.com). We have owned the Forrester for one year now and can say one thing. "great choice" this is not your grandparents Subaru. the performance, value and reliability are off the charts. throw the Subaru Forrester in the first choice category!!

Sense of security
My Subaru Forester is wonderful; I have never enjoyed owning a vehilce more. I bought this vehicle after a complete year of looking at many different makes and models of vehicles and none offered more value for the dollar. I read an article of the 10 most hated vehicles by mechanics and they stated that they didn't like the Subaru Forester because it never seems to need repairs and they don't make any money on them. What more could you ask for?

Very good
Great car. I was surprised that it got a tad over 30mpg on the highways. I am in Florida. Not bad for a vehicle with this much power and an outdated 4 speed. Plenty of room inside. No problems so far.

My 1st Subaru...But not my last! :D
I really did my homework, before I bought my FX Premium 5 spd. I wanted to make sure that I'd like the car for years to come. Newly retired, I needed a reliable, multi tasking car, that would be economical, as well. People have remarked how easy it is to enter and exit the Forester. It rides and handles great. I get fantastic mpgs for an AWD wagon, 32+ on hwy. It turns a tight circle. Handy to be able to do, sometimes. Love the huge moonroof! All the cup/bottle holders, 2 of each, front and back. I do a lot of home remodeling and I have never lacked cargo space. If needed, it has a receiver hitch for my trailer. Well, I could go on and on. I think l'll hang on to this Forester a long time. It's perfect as far as I'm concerned.

dont buy it
driver side mirror stretches the image; noise comes from real section or roof; cannot identify the location

Great for tall people if have power seat
Wish it got better mileage, otherwise love it. Drives more like a car than a big vehicle. Roomy. Power driver seat a must for tall people.

Comfort and ease
I get better than advertised hwy mileage - around 30 mpg - and worse than advertised in city (around 19 mpg). Everything about the car is intuitive (except the hard-to-find/adjust seat heater, but that's a nitpick) and I absolutely LOVE the mega moon roof. The car makes some weird pinging noises after shutting off but my buddy says that's due to the sideways positioning of the pistons. Haven't yet had snow. Handles fine in rain. I definitely recommend this vehicle.

THIRD SUBARU
Traded in my 2008 Outback for a 2010 Forester Limited. Has plenty of power for climbing mountains. The automatic transmission is smooth and doesn't hurt gas mileage. Gets 27-31 mpg. Love the leather seats, moon roof, auto climate control. All of the options I wanted came standard ,like exaust tips ,self dimming rear view mirror, fog lights, cargo tray, cargo cover ,chrome door handles. Only had too add a rear cargo net. The Forester handles good and stops quickly with the over sized four wheel disc brakes and 17" tires. Like the overall styling inside and out. Easy to get in and out of not so with the Outback. Seats are very confortable. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable car you can trust in.

Colorado Winner
I love my new Subaru. I haven't had a chance to test it in the winter yet, but I feel safe in the Forester. I am confident in it's handling and safety. I used to own a Mazda 3, which, needless to say, was not a proper Colorado car. I look forward to driving the Forester in the snow.
