Could be a great car but there are some issues
Like the way the car drives and looks, but it is the noisiest car I've ever been in. They must have really saved on the insulation. Driving in the city is not bad but if you get it up above 50 let alone interstate speeds you have to turn the radio up to hear the words. Then you come to a stop and don't know why your radio is on blast. This combined with several recalls and mechanical problems that shouldn't have been problems so early on in the cars life has made me fall out of love with this car and brand.

Love Everything About this Car
This car is reliable, comfortable, and great for a rough terrain. I bought it because I wanted a good winter and off-road car for where I live (Colorado). The gas mileage is awesome, especially because I often have to make 20-mile treks to school. It's the perfect blend of luxurious and rugged. I have 0 complaints or regrets!

Nice driving car
I really like my Subaru with the following exceptions. Had to replace all tires within one year, replaced the battery after two years, and now at 66,000 miles, I have to have the brakes replaced. Additionally, was told that I need a full service after 60,000 miles, which will cost about $1100+ dollars. Double checked with other mechanics and have been told the same. This car is costing me way too much money. Don't think I will ever buy another one.

Reliable wehicle ,best on gravel road.
Just watch your Stop-Light Switch (S50,=) and lubricate or replace it if it's fail, You'll see the light indicators such : hill start assist, brakes, traction control etc. will appear.

It's got more power than you think
This car has been very good to me. It's fun to drive, it shifts very smoothly, and it has more power than it leads on. Excellent safety features like the rear backup camera.

Subaru quality
Larger is sized vehicle comparatively. Very surprised on this. Huge back seat. Great features with technology and Winter packages. The boxer 2.5 engine has plenty of power.

Worse vehicle I've ever owned
The foresters are generic trash Nickle dime and thousands of dollars you if your thinking of buying one youd better see your doctor first because you need your head and brain examined nothing but repair monthly after only twenty thousand miles I'm about ready to stop payment on the last six thousand dollars I owe on it Subaru needs to send their repo man to pick up their great Subaru as they call them they say it will last ten years or more but more like ten months that's about when all the trouble starts so do yourself a favor and buy a Chevrolet
