2018 Subaru Forester consumer reviews

I had shopped around for a while comparing cars before I settled on this Forester. I have to add a note that I have only had this car too weeks, so I'm still discovering it. Overall style and performance, I love. However, I could do without all the extras - Starlink, Sirius - both of which I will let expire after free trial so that was a waste of money. Also, there are many other "bells and whistles" which I will never use. So at that, i think the car was overpriced for what I will use. The second problem is that I think all the "bells and whistles" makes it hard to read the important things - speedometer, gas gauge, etc. There are too recessed and difficult to see in bright sun when the illumination is off. Third - the seating fits like an airline seat - one that is too small. I would have preferred a wider seat with less console. Then there is the side molding on the driver's door. I am short so this hits me right in the thigh and can be uncomfortable. I have to turn my left leg inward to avoid rubbing my leg. But don't get me wrong - I knew that any new car would not be perfect, and for me, this car still was my best choice.

So happy this Firester has a power lift gate. That was one thing I disliked about my 2010 Forester. Love the Eyesight feature and Bluetooth for my phone.

This is our first suv, and it is just the right size. We bought it because of all the safety features, which work well. It?s a nice car to drive.

I was ready for some more room in my car. Went from a Crosstrek to a Forester, easy. Nate Wade was good for me :)

I feel very safe in this SUV. It is the right size for me not to big or to small. It is easy to handle. It has nice features inside and out. I love all the new safety features that is has. I am proud to have and drive this Subaru Forester. I have referred this car to many co workers.

I love my car. I feel safe in it with all it's safety features. It has a long tract for the drivers seat, which my husband loves. because he is tall.

This vehicle is amazing. It is very comfortable. We love the turbo. It is sleek and beautiful and yet rugged enough to get us past the picnic table. Cookie, our dog, loves it too!

Its been a good car so far but its too early to comment on how it performs in the harsh winter weather conditions. Exterior is really good. Like the eye sight package. Interior is good and comfortable.As described in the specs the interior height and ground clearance are good. I think trunk space seems less when compared to some of the mid size sedans but its manageable.

The Subaru Forester is easy for us to enter and depart. The seats and the ride are very comfortable. The available safety features are sure to be an asset. The style is very modern and sleek.
