2018 forester 105000 miles it's smooth, quiet and very reliable it's needed nothing but a rear wheel bearing and oil changes. Has great visibility and drives really nice the gas pedal is a little touchy, and it sips gas I ave 30mph in winter and 34mph in summer

10/29/2022 2 wks ago i bought 2018 forester premium. Overall very happy with the vehicle. It feels solid for a small car.The drivers seat is very comfortable for me. Im 6"0 and weight 230lbs. My only complaint so far is freeway driving. Seems to wander alot and if on grooved payment with wind then it becomes a chore to drive.

They are professional and caring. I needed a new battery and they installed it quickly. I was particularly impressed when I drove away and found the windows on the passenger side would not respond to my driver controls. I called them back. My service consultant, Trish, walked me through the way to reboot the control so it worked again. I did not have to return to the shop. She was super helpful throughout the whole process.

I love my car. I take it in every six months for service. Never had a problem in the four years I have it as long as you take care of it all is well

Basic car reliable not technical or complex. So that helps on maintenance cost. Got as a used car and it’s qualified as a certified car. But here is the “but”. This just allows the dealership to charge you for a extended warranty. And also the dealership I bought from. After I paid for a certified car and had to pay for extended warranty. This didn’t mean a thing to the dealership. The dealer has a New BS charge for consumer that buy used cars now. They call it ”GAP” insurance. That’s just a pure profit charge for them. Because most major insurance will cover your loan of the car. Muller and berman autoare both hitting consumers up for this charge here in the Chicago area. Buyer be aware. This is my 3 Subaru. All used, but I don’t think I will buy another car until after the chip shortage is over. All the dealership are over charging and hidden fees on consumer.

Figured out the issue and completed the annual inspection all in one visit . Well done !!

This is my second Outback purchased at FitzMall, last one in 2011. Turned in the older one with 135K and bought a beautiful 2019 with only 16K.
