Not bad
It?s a great vehicle. I would say that I love it if it wasn?t for my love of Trucks. I had to get rid of my platinum 250 due to a financial burden, but I ended up with an outback and I really enjoy it. It?s a bit small for my taste, but it?s a great vehicle so far.

Met the needs......
This car met all my needs. I?m able to carry my German Shepherd dog & her crate in the back & still have room for four adults. Back seat has ample head & legs room. I leased the basic model but test drove a model with eyesight.

Love the vehivle
It's comfortable, roomy, and has plenty of power. It's a joy to drive. It also can pull our small trailer. It is the perfect compromise between a regular sedan and an SUV. Plenty of passenger leg room, and lots of room to carry stuff. Love our Outback.

It was a nice ride.
Well equipped for the price and pleasant to drive. A good looking vehicle with great gas mileage. The Outback was a very close second choice but in the long run we opted for a Forester as it had a bit of an off road advantage.

This is our 4th Subaru, our first outback. Great r
The new Outback is spacious (I am 6'2") and the Touring edition is well appointed. The new safety features take a while to get used to however.

Safety in a fun package
This is our second 2018 Subaru Outback. The first one in Premium trim with Eyesight was totaled by a careless driver that ran a residential street stop sign ramming it with enough force to overturn the car and deploy the air curtain airbags. My daughter and 5-year old granddaughter riding in a booster seat next to the impacted doors were not injured. Subaru STARLINK dispatched help. The car was sacrificed but kept my family safe. All Subaru?s leases come with gap protection, so replacement was easy, and no way was grandma going to have anything but one of the safest cars on the road. The replacement is Limited trim with Eyesight and we enjoy the upgraded lighting, power passenger seat , moonroof, stereo, and keyless ignition and more. We use Apple CarPlay and all the advanced features like adaptive cruise, collision avoidance and automatic reverse braking. If you love your family and want to drive a full featured safe car with awesome AWD it?s going to be an Outback.

5th Outback in a row.
Reliable, quick when I need it to be and most importantly it handles all types of weather without any issues. This is my 5th Outback in arrow that I've owned due to it's reliability and performance.

3rd Outback for me
My 2012 Outback had 90,000 + miles on it. Still ran good, but the way I travel and use a vehicle I can't afford to be sitting on the side of the road. So I test drove and bought a 2018 model. The new outback has the same engine as the 2012 (3.6). Overall the 2018 Outback rides better and is definitely quieter on the highway. The cvt transmission is smooth. I really like the adaptive cruise control. Some of the other smart car features have taken me a bit to get used to (lane deviation, back up braking, emergency front braking etc). But I'm old and not used to the new generation of 'nanny' cars. I do like the large center display for radio and other controls. As long as nothing changes in the next couple of years, I'll buy a 4th Outback.

1st Outback and 6th Subaru
Best AWD system on the market. It comfortably accommodates my 6?2? 380 pound frame, as well as my daughter?s 5?2? 180 pound frame. Android Auto / Apple CarPlay is standard, and solves previous years lackluster car audio systems. Base and Premium packages are the best value, but the 2.5L engine is adequate for most, however the 3.6L is slightly thirsty but more powerful.
