Even though this car was almost 10 years old it drove quite nicely! Plenty of space internally to very comfortably seat 5. Excellent acceleration and just an overall clean smooth ride!

I loved this car and plan to buy a new one just like it. it handles great and the sonar operated speed control is something I don't want to be without. I highly recommend this car with the seat heaters and coolers option.

Loved it, ultimately bought a different used Avalon. Is a great reliable car. Traded in my 2003 Avalon for a 2005 Avalon with low miles.

This car has plenty of leg room for all passengers and luggage. It has sun/moon roof and muti CD MPF player. It gives good gas mileage, in city approx 20 to 24 and highway 28 to 32.

I recently bought a 2008 xls. This car is beautiful, gas mileage is great. With 88000 miles it still drives and looks like a brand new car. Ride is smooth and pretty fast also. My friend has a 2011 es 350 and she likes my Avalon better. Says it more roomy.

Purchased this 2008 Avalon XLS last month with 90K miles to replace the best car I have ever owned a 2002 Avalon XLS. My old Avalon had 340,000 miles when a accident ended it useful life. The new Avalon is bigger and rides smoother. Really has the feel of a very well made car. the only thing the 2008 is missing is those nice big screen back up cams. For a bigger guy the car has plenty of room. So far I am getting about 25 mpg on the HWY and 18 mpg in town. Not quite as good as expected but good enough. Happy to know it has a timing chain since my old Avalon had a belt that I had to replace 3 times.
