Very reliable gets great gas mileage

I bought this used from a new car dealer. It already had 202,000 on it, but the previous owner had replaced all the high mileage items that need it about that time... spark plugs and valve adjustment, power steering pump and hose, water pump, radiator. Almost immaculate inside, tire wear was good too. Outside paint is in good condition and no rust anywhere! This car will go another 200,000 without any major work except for maintenance easily. This is the LE edition with the 2.4 liter with the timing chain (which has also been adjusted and lubed already). The timing chain lasts longer than the timing belts also which is why I was looking for the 4 Cylinder engine.

I like my Camry but the sunroof broke

I like my Camry. It has been very reliable. The one sticking point is the sunroof. I opened it then tried to close it one time and the whole frame broke into pieces. I researched it after it happened and was surprised to learn that it was a common problem with these cars resulting in the whole sun roof needing to be replaced. Since it was quoted to me as an $1,100 repair, I've just left it as closed as I could get it (almost completely closed) for the past year.

Reliable and Comfortable

I have loved driving this car and like the way it looks better than the more recent models. Good gas mileage, commuted for years in it. My only complaint is that the paint did not hold up well it is peeling off the hood- I know it is over 10 years old but I had a 20 year old thunderbird and it's paint was in way better shape.

A very reliable and comfortable used car

I looked this vehicle up in Consumer reports and was impressed with the quality and reliability. This is the 3rd Toyota I've owned, and I have wanted a Camry since I used to rent them when I traveled in the 90's up until 2000. The seats are very comfortable, controls are easy to reach, and the 4 cylinder engine has plenty of power for this car. It also has a very large trunk, with fold down rear seats if you need extra room. Good stereo too.

Classic Camry with a Sports Edition Twist

I have really enjoyed this vehicle for the time I've had it! First, it's a Toyota, so it's going to last for a LONG time. Second, it's a Camry, so the comfort of the ride and the smoothness in the handling is great!

Original Owner

13-years old, bought new. 123,000 miles, mechanically good +, still cruise at 80-85mph comfortably. Only problem, NOT IN MANUFACTURE, is paint has turned bad in spots.

2004 Camry - Best car I have ever owned.

Car was used to commute back and forth 120 miles per day for work, so all are road miles. This car is very dependable and extremely efficient. Gas on the road is about 32 mpg.

2004 CAMRY...DEPENDABLE

We bought this Camry NEW! In 2012 gave this car to my SON while in College. I bought a 2012 Camry at that time. My son now has a company Truck and I am selling this Camry to my Niece.
