My Third (great) Corolla
This is my third Corolla. I thrashed the first one (1990) for 20 years after I bought it at three years old, and gave it to a family member at 200k. The second ('98) was given to me by a friend who had bought it for someone else who didn't pay for it. It was totaled at 178k miles, in nearly perfect condition. This one came from an estate of a fellow parishioner. He bought it in 2010. When he passed in 2022, it had 141k miles. After it sat for a year, I bought it. Although I've only put a few hundred miles on it, it impresses me with its solidity, pep, and crisp handling. Based on past experience, I expect to get at least another hundred thousand out of it. Based on my driving habits (>10k/year) and my age, it may be the last daily-driver I ever own. Interior is a bit cramped compared to the Sonata it replaces, but high quality and comfortable. The initial surge of acceleration is a little startling, but easily controllable with a light foot. Styling is nothing to write home about, but is acceptable. Paint is chipping on the hood and fading on the roof, but overall presents well from twenty feet. I would prefer the optional alloy wheels, but I may find a set over the years I expect to have with this car. The stock stereo was malfunctioning when I got it, but I upgraded to an aftermarket 2-DIN unit with rear-view camera. The stock six-speaker setup blends nicely with the new head unit. Neither the bodywork, or the undercarriage exhibit any signs of corrosion.

My mom paid $10K in 2013. Never used the $500 warr
I keep my ‘07 Toyota fully serviced. People regularly leave notes on my windshield, “I will buy your Carolla LE … here’s my ph number.” I ran over a nail two weeks ago and the man at Discount Tire said ,”I will buy your Toyota right now. It’s the best used Toyota Corolla ever; they don’t make cars like that anymore.” I have 106,000 miles & will drive it forever!

2007 Toyota Corolla
This car is great. It is not flashy or sporty but it is a machine that gets you from A to B. It is reliable and very economical to own. Mine has 162,000 miles on it. My son says I need a more flashy, bigger car like his mothers Explorer. I always tell him are you dry in the rain, cool in summer and warm in winter when we are in the Corolla? He says yes everytime and then I tell him I get twice the miles per gallon as the Explorer, my insurance is way less etc. and we end up at the same destinations just as comfortable and safe as her Explorer

We own a Corolla and wanted another
This car was just what we were looking for, and we couldn’t believe we found it - answered prayers! Corolla, older model, very low miles, great condition at a fair price. It’s a 2007 with 73,000 original miles and in beautiful condition. We still drive our 2005 Corolla, but it was time to get it a “Little Sister”. We are so pleased with our purchase and the dealership!

Purchased new and still have for 13 years.
It drives good. I just got my battery replaced 11 years later. It had the Toyota battery.... the shop was shocked! I Keep up with general needs ( oil changes, wheel balances, wheel replacements, etc.). I've noticed that Toyota's interiors.... trays, driver arm rest...are fragile and broke within 7 years. Even thought I tried hard to protect the exterior, both back tire edges rusted. Then I remembered that it is over 10 years old with 190,000 miles. :-) Overall it still runs well and is dependable. I kept my Corolla, and I just purchased a 2006 Toyota Camry w/160,000 to utilize before affording to purchase new again.

This car is the definition of reliable
After getting into a bad financial situation with cars, I did the Dave Ramsey and picked up a cheap 07 Corolla from a family member. Even at 285,000 miles, I never had a single issue for the 2 1/2 years I drove it. For the price you will pay for one of these, it can't be beat for a simple car to get you where you need to go every single day.
