Exterior of cars cheap and flimsy.
I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

Best vehicle I have owned
My 2014 Corolla has 300,000km on it. Still has the original belt, rear brakes and exhaust. I average about 47mpg on a road that allows me to drive 80km/h with the engine at 1200rpm. I drive a combination city/highway miles. I tow a trailer quite often. I plan on keeping this car for another 9 years / 300,000 kms

Totally unsatisfactory car dealer
Parts of my car are coming out, they told me that is a CARFAX FREE but looks like a salvage car repaired because I found a lot of parts replaced and when I called them they just said YOU BOUGHT AS IS can you imagine what kind of dealer is this,I sent them videos of proof and still they didn’t care about

Strong as an Ox
I’ve owned an S model since 2014 and it’s like brand bew still. Never have had any manor maintenance issues beyond battery/tire replacements and minor exterior repairs from accidents. I recently had to replace the door actuators (which eventually fail anyway). Extremely comfortable to ride on long drives, Only complain I have is the lumbar support, but fixed that with a pillow. Fantastic fuel economy. Very fast if you put it on “S” mode. With 7+ years down and ~60,000 miles on the odometer, I’m still not giving it away!

Love my Corolla!
I previously had the same year Corolla that was unfortunately totaled in a hit and run accident. Lucky for me another one was available when I needed it on such short notice. It is a sport model and is really in great shape for an older car. I love it!

Love itttt
I love the car the overall design. Only disappointment was that around the dealership there wasn’t anywhere to really drive it and feel how it drove and it definitely needs an allignment so that was disappointing but love the car.

Extremely Hard Downshift from 4th to 3rd
After 2 days of owning a used 2014 Corolla L w/78k miles and the 4 speed automatic, the transmission would hang up in 4th when accelerating. When it did downshift to 3rd, it felt like I was being rear-ended. This only happens during the first 10 minutes of the drive when the transmission is still warming up. I wish I was exaggerating but I am not... that’s how hard it hits when downshifting. This happened several times, but it stopped when after I disconnected the battery. We all know this problem will start again, and I think it’s pretty obvious why the previous owner traded it in. To make matters worse, I bought this Corolla from a Toyota dealership that’s north of Seattle called Magic Toyota. The reason I bought this car from a reputable dealership was to avoid these kinds of shenanigans. The service department has had my Corolla for over a week and they can’t find the problem. I asked the dealership to take the car back and let me pick something else but they want to give me the trade in value on the 2014 Corolla. So I would lose $5k to $5.5k, with Sales tax factored in. I only drove the car for a week and a half.

Not fun but very practical
This is the perfect for vehicle for anyone who just wants a reliable vehicle but doesn't really care about fun or driving engagement. It will get you from point A to point B very efficiently, relatively comfortably and without any fanfare. Purchased vehicle for my daughters first vehicle, it fits that roll perfectly.

Best long running and reliable car
This is an exceptional car, meant for long run. Everybody knows Toyota Corolla can easily run for 150k to 200k miles. This car is great for driving long distance and daily usage.
