Biggest automotive mistake of my life

The car is not good looking. Bland color choices. A lot of shiny plastic inside. awkward seating position and cramped for front legroom making it very uncomfortable and causing leg pain on any trip over 50 miles. Obnoxious pushy sales person, but a good price. All the auto magazines rate the corolla on the bottom. It is not sporty, stylish, fast, or have any value as a status symbol. It is solid, reliable, good resale value, and fulfills its purpose as a point A to point B car. I am not comfortable with the CV transmission, and If this is all that is available in 2020 I will not be buying another Corolla. When the belt breaks the transmission is ruined and a total expensive loss,; unlike a regular automatic which is usually repaired by replacement of one component. It is not suited for anywhere but flat ground. It is noisy, and the engine is always racing ahead of it. Indications from research say that it is an expensive disaster waiting to happen, and as a former mechanic I agree. I regret buying this car because of the transmission and cramped cabin and actually tried to return it two days later. Of Course ,they wouldn't take it back. People test drive this car and then buy a camry. They were two Camrys on the lot and about thirty Corollas. What does that tell you? If you are buying or leasing short term for it's ok, but when the warranty is over you don't want to be holding this car. Forget optional warranties they are the equivalent of toilet paper. If you are thinking long term ownership think Camry, or if small is your taste think Mazda 3. I have an old Nissan which I prefer to drive. I have had this car for a month and a half, and to date there is 189 miles on it. Please, do yourself a favor and demand an overnight personal test drive. Leave the salesman in the showroom. All mine did was talk and play the radio, and direct me over city streets so I wouldn't notice the lack of performance or the noise. Oh, if your looking for a 2017 low mileage corolla have a deal for you.

Car is excellent vehicle for daughter. Small but roomy. Controls are in convenient locations. Dealer applied excessive amount of tire shine. Spotted driveway after car was parked.

Great satisfaction

I currently own the Toyota Corolla SE edition and the car is wonderful. It is effortless in the way it drives and handles. The safety features are some of the highest rated 5 stars in the sedan class I believe. It's also very efficient on gas!

Buy TOYOTA!

This car has exceeded all my expectations and desires for a new car. 2017 Toyota Corolla's have great features all around and are very reasonably priced for a car that will last you well over 150K miles! Remember your rebates and do your research before going to the dealer to get yourself the best overall price as well!!

I have always owned a Toyota

Gas mileage and seating are comfortable. It is also roomy and has a great sized trunk. I enjoy the variety of colors that are available and was lucky that my favorite color red was available.

Great Car For Your Money

This car goes above my expectations. It very comfortable and has plenty of leg room. It has sensors that slow you down when you're approaching a car, sensors that detect if you are going over the lines on the road, a sensor to turn off your high beams when approaching another vehicle, and backup camera. It has blue tooth capability, USB ports, it keeps a record of your driving mileage. It averages 35mpg around town, 40mpg highway (depending on how you drive). There are cup holders for the rear seat drivers as well as the front. The car has a nice smooth ride and enough pick up with the 4 cylinders to make it peppy. It seats five people, but I would advise two adults only in the rear seats for a comfortable ride. Other than that, I am very pleased with this car.

Affordable and extremely good gas mileage

I was amazed how much room it has and quite honestly compares to the Camry size. Excellent safety features as well.

An incredible value

The Toyota Corolla is a perfect family car. It's extremely reliable, which is what matters the most. However, its design is also very sleek and nice. I had heard nightmare stories about the interior, but the 2017 Corolla's interior is excellent. The gas mileage is great as well, I get over 30 miles per gallon despite doing city driving for Uber and Lyft.
