Most reliable vehicle I owened

This is a Great vehicle. Very reliable., best off road vehicle in my opinion.. They dont make them anymore and this is why believe it will become a collectible vehicle very soon.

Exactly what is supposed to be!

Purchased new in Spring of ‘14. Currently at 70k and not a single problem. Brake pads aren’t even ready to replace yet! Outstanding off-road capability, comfortable on long drives although the front seats could use more lumbar support (the seats in my wife’s 4Runner are much better). Gas mileage with factory tires was 20/21 but with good off-road tires is down to 17/18 due to rolling resistance. One of the safest vehicles on the road, it really is built like a tank. I bought mine to keep forever and I expect that with proper maintenance it will outlast me. Good luck finding one now - I’m certainly not selling mine!

Best decision ever

This thing is a tank. It's everything I've always wanted in a vehicle. I could not love it more if I tried! The only thing I would change is the gas mileage, but I knew what I was getting into.

Rugged and tough yet great for every day use

It's is a beast, plenty of room, not too fancy, and rides smooth. I wish Toyota would start making them again. I am so happy I finally gave in and bought my dream car.

Took me 10 years to get one but I?m happy I got it

Only drawback to these is the blind spots, use your mirrors! If you don?t like a real utility vehicle you don?t need this suv. I like the looks of this and all the safety features.

Dream SUV

Quirky yet classic styling, excellent ride, plenty of room, so versatile. Toyota hit this one out of the park. Best vehicle I've ever owned since I started driving in 1975.

I love my FJ Cruiser!!

This vehicle has been all that I wanted it to be, except for gas mileage. My wife and I have taken it on cross-country trips, and it was fabulous. It rides a lot smoother than I expected. It is great in the snow and off-road adventures. It is just a lot of fun to drive. You need to get one!!!

Bucket list Toyota FJ

Vehicle was very clean with low miles. Excellent dealer prep and they noted two tires did not pass their inspection. A set of 4 were installed and a pleasant sight when vehicle was delivered!

Funnest vehicle I have ever owned

Bought this FJC with full intention of using it for off road adventures to include camping, trail rides, rock crawling and generally getting off the beaten path. The FJ has taken all that I have thrown at it and more. Though, my FJ is nowhere near in stock form anymore, when it was it was still a very capable and fun vehicle. I use it for towing a small utility trailer with roof top tent and it has had no issues with the light weight trailer which is about 2500 lbs loaded down. I did, however, upgrade the front brakes (rotors and calipers from a GX470) to a larger diameter to accommodate for the larger and heavier mud terrain tires and also help out with stopping the FJ and the trailer with ease. Had the FJ still been in stock form, it would have no issues with towing this trailer with the stock brake set up. The only drawback that I can see with the FJ is the small, suicide style doors that give access to the back seat. My family is short in stature so we've never had issues with this, but I know other FJ owners who are larger people who cannot access the rear seat as easily. This would be the only complaint from others that I've heard. All in all, as a family, we've been very happy with our FJ and all of the adventures that we've had with it.
