This is the ultimate SUV for off-road and highway travel. It is versatile, comfortable, and very reliable. Off road performance far exceeds my expectations and it is very easy to drive on the open road. Simple cockpit design and very nice stereo system as well.

It's a rare vehicle on today's roads that can elicit a happy waves from fellow FJ owners. The quirky Cruiser is comfortable on the road for an extended journey and very capable off-road for those rarely chartered back-tracks. The rear passenger doors aren't the easiest to enter or exit from, so I wouldn't recommend the FJ as a dedicated family vehicle. It's more of an adventure wagon for two people. That said, with the rear seats folded down you won't enjoy enough legroom for much of a sleep. The FJ is a stubby beast and when stowed the rear seats sit on about a 7 degree angle so you'll to bring along a tent for this one. I average around 23 MPG on a trip and 17 MPG around town. The almost vertical stance of the windscreen becomes a magnet for small rocks. I'm on my third now in as many years. Overall I would recommend the FJ Cruiser to any buyer that's looking for a blend of distinctive looks, on and off road performance combined with excellent resale value.

The FJA cruiser will handle any conditions that you can possibly put at it without purchasing aftermarket parts the FJ just won?t quit I truly enjoy this over a Jeep hands down

Really enjoyed this vehicle, saw some amazing places we would not have been able to get to without it, including an extinct volcano in Texas and the Kiamichi Mountains of Oklahoma. Great car for somebody who understands the history and can appreciate the unique off-road capabilities Toyota engineered into this, the penultimate FJ Cruiser!

Bought a 2014 Black FJ Cruiser a year ago and it has been incredible. In the last year, I have spent less than $200 on the car and 1/2 of that was for accessories like seat covers. It is both an on and off road vehicle but what an advantage when it either snows or rains. Was behind a vehicle and watched it slide off to the side of the road while the FJ Cruiser kept driving just fine. Although the dashboard may look basic, it really helps to get used to the vehicle fast.

IF you are in need of something that will get you anywhere from the city to the hills. The FJ cruiser is your car. And of course with the added reliability of toyota to boot you can't loose..

Always wanted a white FJ and grabbed one as it showed up at the showroom close to home. I fell in love with this beast the moment my eyes fell on her and took her home with me. Excellent performance, and reliability. Never a issue and always gleaming with joy. (I keep her clean and waxed all season) Behind the wheel you are one confidant driver ready for any challenge. Now its a collectors piece and not very many are around. Notice the turning heads when you drive her around the city. Grab one if you can and I promise you wont regret.

Love the style of the fJ and it is a great truck to have fun and ride with, will keep it as this is a classic car
