Drives great, and lots of room

This car met all of my needs, but kids are grown and do not need this car. Trying to downsize. Next owner is getting a super clean, low maintenance costs, and very comfortable ride. Have Thule cargo box optional if interested.

Computer issue

The computer needs to be repaired too often and is too costly . The dealer had yet to repair the problem as they have no idea what is wrong

It drives really nice

Nice car. Quiet and I recommend it. No rust, all wheel drive, good for Chicago cold weather driving. Has all the options I was looking for

The best SUV I ever had.

Reliability car, beautiful, good gas mileage, perfect for trips. The Limited trim has everything in one I definitely will buy another one. Never disappointed me

Toyota could do better

This vehicle is great performance wise. I own a v6 so it is fun to drive. Very comfortable, helpful for long distance driving. With that said, there is a few things Toyota can improve. For one, the shield front seat cushion detached from the seat with weeks of the purchase, I went to the dealer they told me it was not under warranty. The hole covers don’t stay in place, some of the plastic just broke. Seatbelt does always work on first pull.

Excellent and exceptionally reliable vehicle

My second Highlander and seventh Toyota. Couldn’t be more pleased! This car has exceeded our expectations. Most of our Toyota’s have been used by us in excess of 200,000 miles without any interruption of service!

Great Vehicle

A nice roomy and comfortable vehicle. Handles well on the road. No road noise! It gets great gas mileage and nice features. It is also great for long trips because of its roominess.

Recalls on Stereo System & Actuators NEEDED!

I have owned my 2014 highlander platinum for over a year and I love it. It just turned over 100,000 miles. It drives with great comfort and safety options. I have dealt with the stereo system shutting down including the bluetooth phone and having to turn the SUV off and restart for the fix. For a couple of months now, I have been locked out of the driver's side door. Now the back passenger door won't lock using the automatic door locks. Both of these issues are posted as complaints for all models of the Highlanders and Toyota has not done a recall for either one. Some have paid to have the actuators changed only to have the problem happen again and again. Toyota will have to fix these problems before o purchase another one. When you pay $35,000 for a vehicle you expect it to work correctly!

Great vehicle

Great for a family although I would recommend the captains chairs. One major issue is the rear automatic lift gates have issues. Mine is 2200$ to fix. Great vehicle just watch out for those rear hatch issues.

Just purchased this vehicle 2 weeks ago.

This car currently meets all of my needs. Drives comfortably with plenty of leg room but not enough luggage space for a family of five.
