Great ride

I have only had the car for a week but I am enjoying it. It will take a bit to figure out all the features and how to find them. A very nice ride, very comfortable.

haven't had enough time to judge

Navigation screen the worst. Always points north - streets are almost impossible to read. Voice recognition almost non-existent, you have to type in addresses. Left side outside mirror in the way when making a left turn - cannot see the road. Lots of little things....

Best car I have owned

Great ride and I feel very safe in it. My Highlander is unbelievale in snow. We have a hill for a driveway and I have no problem getting up it even with several inches of snow on it.

Highlander Enthusiast

The Highlander is incredibly comfortable. It?s not the largest SUV onthe market, but it provides the power I need to pull my tiny RV, and it is good looking and chocked full of safety features. The 2017 has so many improvements that I really like.

Just buy one!

We chose the 2017 black Highlander Limited, new. It has so many safety features and technology that I was glad the dealership provided a special technician to go over it all before we pulled out. This ranks #1 on resale and sales for mid range SUVs. Cannot recommend it more highly. Smooth ride, easy handling and sexy looks.

Too much cabin noise for the price.

Comfortable seats, useful interior , and very good gas mileage. However, it is the lowest quality we've ever experienced on a brand new vehicle in regard to all the noises heard in the cabin. There must be very little sound insulation in this new Limited Highlander vs all the competition. It has the worse disc brake creaking noises of any new vehicle we have ever owned, you can hear the gas sloshing in the tank every time you come to a stop, and the engine/road/shifting noise is worse than any of the competition we have owned. We even had this brand new Limited Highlander sound proofed with undercoating, and it is still just too noisy and so annoying. It is truly sorry quality for such a brand new pricey vehicle, and a sad experience with Toyota thus far. Toyota will not do anything about the annoying creaking noises coming from the new disc brakes when the brake pedal is released. New disc brakes do not make noises evry time the brake pedal is released.
