2010 Toyota Prius consumer reviews

Toyota Prius has been a excellent choice for us. Am very glad we own this car. It is the second Prius we have had, and I enjoy it everyday I drive past the gas pumps!

This car handles well. The sound system is an upgrade, and there is even an AC vent in the back. There is ample space, and the Hybrid gas mileage is superb. This is my second Prius and I thoroughly enjoy owning this vehicle.

This is a great car. It gets fantastic gas mileage in city and highway. We never had a problem with it through 80,000 miles. My wife drives it heavily for her work and she loves it. I only wish it was bigger. I am 6'2 250lbs and I am quite cramped in it. For me it is an uncomfortable car for long road trips but my wife loves it.

There is only one thing the Prius needs and that is battery support. If you have a good battery you could get 60mpg no joke. 3 years ago I was getting 60 mpg no sweat but lately the battery loses charge fast and mileage dropped to high 40s. So if they ever get batteries cheap enough to be changed out every 5 years this car is lean moving commute vehicle. If it wasn't for the battery it would get a 5 star for reliability.

Great vehicle, super value. Comparing to other cars its just ok, but its the best golf cart ever, compare it there, and its all great..

Okay so it does use some gas, but man cruising around at 54 mpg (with some practice) is pretty awesome. The III is really well equipped with technology and the stereo is bumpin!

The Toyota Prius (2010) is still an Excellent car and offers so many Wonderful and Great Features! Being a 'Senior Citizen' I am really enjoying the 'Navigation/Back-Up Features' and this car have a sunroof for extra fun! This car is very easy to drive and I'm truly enjoying commuting daily with my newly purchased Toyota Prius! GREAT CAR!

Absolutely a joy to drive and fill up <$20 every 2weeks!! My grown kids both have trucks and battle to drive my Prius when visiting. Have loaned it to them for family trips.

Fantastic vehicle with so many positives! 50+ miles to the gallon, brakes last 100k miles because of regenerative braking, synthetic oil changes only every 10k miles, brand new tires, original owner. This car has lived a pampered life in California!

The Prius is an excellent example of Toyota's ingenuity. They powertrain is excellent, not overly powerful but it does the job. The engine and electric traction motor work well and the engine starting and stop is relatively unnoticed. Interior styling is so-so, depending on your tastes. Front seats have excellent legroom and for the rear seat a nearly flat floor is great, especially if there is a passenger in the center rear seat. If you like a classy feel this car isn't for you. But if you want a hardworking, fuel-sipping vehicle that has some cool features then this is for you. The better trim line comes with JBL audio and 8 speakers. 6 CD disc changer and aux. Excellent reliability and functionality. Highly recommend this car.
