Most economic car I have had!
Great condition! Used for commuting to work and back. Reliable and safe. Has tint throughout the windows, spacious and flexible space in the back row.

Great car, but not for cross country trips.
I bought this car around a little over 2 years ago with around 100,000 miles for $8700 , plus the standard taxes and dmv fees, smog check, etc., and now the car has over 200,000 miles, and is still running. I had to put in a fuel pump assembly, but that was about the only major thing i had to replace. I have been very happy with the car, but it is not very comfortable on really long trips. If you don’t like to add oil often between oil changes, don’t buy a 2011 Prius. To date, I have not replaced the brake pads. If you drive a lot, say 40-50,000 miles a year, you will save a lot of money on gas. If you only drive around 10,000 miles a year, buy a Camry, which is more comfortable.

Amazing and economical small car
We owned ours for 9+ years. Mainly driven by my wife. A real quality car. Huge amount of space. Styling grows on you. Toyota dealer gave good service. Except for regular scheduled maintenance the only thing that needed replacement after 9 years was the 12 volt lead acid battery. A real quality car.

Best All Around Vehicle
This car has blown me away. I originally bought it just for the gas mileage on my commute, but it has been incredible versatile and reliable. They have way more room than outsiders give them credit for, the sound system is amazing, and the technology is ahead of its time. If you are looking for a reliable, safe car, this one is well worth the investment.

Most useful car I’ve ever used
This car really is cost effective. I drive every day, but I need to go gas station only one time per a month. Also, the car is very quiet, that would reduce your stress of everyday use.

Good car, strangely poor reliability
First off, I really liked this car. The mileage is great and saves a lot of money. It’s very roomy for families and is a great second cat. My Prius II fell apart though. The non-hybrid battery failed when we went out to eat one evening, costing me $2,300. Then the bumper fell off as apparently the previous owner had super glued it back on. Then while getting on to the freeway, a “Check Hybrid System” warning appeared and the car wouldn’t accelerate above 40 mph, the last straw. Still, if you need a cheap, efficient and roomy car and don’t need to accelerate to 60 faster than 11 seconds, I would recommend this car. I think I just got a rare Prius lemon.
