I bought 3 Toyota Sienna and enjoy the practicality and comfort of the minivan every day. I was looking forward in acquiring the new 2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid after seeing a reportage on You Tube. Well, that is not going to happen. I will NOT BUY ANOTHER TOYOTA when time comes to replace my present transportation. Here is why. A few months back, the little gas tank door broke. That seems to be a current problem with the Sienna. I went to my Toyota dealer and they wanted $350 to fix it. I found the cost quite excessive and went to a friend who welded the broken part. It works, but the door is not well adjusted anymore. Recently, Toyota sent me a letter saying that if I encountered such problem, they will fix it for free. It seems that they had to do it following a class action settlement. Great, I thought that was very nice from Toyota to stand behind their product. When I went to my dealer, they said the Toyota regional headquarter refuse to do the repair because of my repair. The dealer did not see any problem in fixing the gas tank door. It is just a lousy excuse to not do the repair and save an estimated $200.00 cost to fix it. Here is why it is a stupid decision from Toyota. Toyota spend millions of dollars in advertising to bring new customers while it costs almost nothing to keep an existing customer. For a mere $200, Toyota has lost me and all the friends I enthusiastically recommended to buy Toyota. It is said that it takes one bad review to lose 10 prospects, but it takes 10 good reviews to gain one prospect. All of that for a ridiculously small amount of $200 which is a drop in Toyota global business. Toyota, their cars, their buildings, their reputation, their employees, everything and everyone are depending on one thing and one thing ONLY……………………happy customers. If Toyota thinks they are too big to fail and can make they repeat customers unhappy, they should think again. No company is too big to fall.

8 seats comfortable driving for the whole family. I think it is the best van with all the vehicles in this category. Comparing to others its quality is higher than others.

This van have everything, except 115 AC which is you have to added! And drivability just awesome, i used to have sienna 2010 xle and 2015 gets even better, so i do i like it how it have been done!

3 row seat for big family, it had meet all my needs. a lot of room, nice interior design my wife will love, this will be her car.

Beautiful interior and anything you could ever want in a car. The ride was superb. it handles beautifully. The comfort of driving home 4 hrs was wonderful.

This vehicle is perfect for me. I have 4 dogs and need the space is a minivan. My vehicle before was a Toyota and was always reliable.

I needed a vehicle for our family of 6 plus room for anything we would travel with whether daily or extended road trips. In 2016 I test drove a bunch of SUVs (NONE are meant for 3rd row passengers) and all the major manufacturers minivans. Nothing compared to the Sienna from the comfort of the ride to the responsiveness of the gas pedal. The layout inside is simple and useful. There is not a thing you don't need in there and everything is easy to access. Tons of front row storage from door panels to change bin to HUGE center console (I had a bottle warmer stored in there with plenty o-room) and dual glove boxes. Plenty of leg room throughout and there is an expanse of space behind the 3rd row when 3rd row is in use. Never had issues with cargo area when used to haul. The 2rd row is a bit tough to move back and forward if needed and also cumbersome to extract if needed. If removed you can carry full sheetrock boards flat in the bay. No joke! This minivan hauls and doesn't ask questions when asked to perform. The drive is like a car and I always enjoyed driving it. I had a 2014 LE and just purchased a used 2015 XLE. I love the Sienna.

It's a good car I have a 2007 Toyota sienna and has 220,000 Miles and never gave problems and now bought a 2015 and it's amazing lots of space and drives smoothly.
