Google tacoma squeaking before you buy! My truck started squeaking At 29000 miles. The warranty doesnt cover it so you will be stuck with a $30000 truck that squeaks

The tacomas start squeaking at 5k miles! My tacoma didn't start squeaking until 29k miles. I have only drove it on the highway and in my neighborhood. It has never been in the mud. The dealer and toyota say it is from dirt and debris in the leaf springs! Watch taco bandit on youtube he recieved new brackets and leaf springs to put on his trd after it started squeaking at 5k miles! It seems like the leaf springs are problems for every tacoma truck!

No one beats the performance of this truck and Toyota reliability. Best Roof Rack ever. Power outlet in bed. Storage is the best all around. The bed liner is a big plus. The tech screen is so easy to use never a problem.

2017 TRD Off-road 4x2 is always hunting for gears, and always had a high gear bias which makes it feel slow. Fuel economy is disappointing. Cruise set at 75 gets just 16mpg over a 200 mile road trip on flat roads at sea level. There's nothing really wrong with the truck, I just hate driving it. I don't even try to wash it and don't look back at it after parking it. Pretty disappointed in it. I loved my old car, 2010 VW CC 2.0T 6M, but I can't get myself to like this one.

Great amazing vehicle that has gotten me through practically anything I've come across. I can't and will never complain about this truck.

i like the Tacoma, has a few issues but overall very happy. sporty, fast dependable. more room in it then expected

I bought this truck new and currently have around 15k miles on it. I have had very mixed thoughts about truck, and I don't know what to think about it. The cloth seats in the interior are extremely uncomfortable, and leg room is only large enough for kids or small adults. However, what I love about this truck is its looks. This truck looks like nothing else on the road and is very aggressive and nice looking. One thing I do not like about it is its hood, it pokes straight out and is very hard to see over. Another thing I do not like about it is its reliability, for a Toyota you would expect better but it has had 3 recalls (all under warranty) and certainly doesn't reflect the brands history of reliability. One other thing I do not like is the fit and finish. There are a couple of squeaks and rattles through out the cabin. Also, the interior is loaded with cheap plastics and materials, defiantly not what you would expect from a car at this price point.

VERY happy with my Tacoma. Smooth, comfortable ride on long trips. Surprised by excellent gas mileage.
